I have been pleasantly surprised with HFT. They product quality is getting better, I am seeing more US made products. Will definitely be buying more tools from here

Stay away from this location. It is full of employees that must be riddled with insecurities because they get off on being able to deny the customer instead of help them. They seem to operate on a mantra of how can't I help you. That minuscule satisfaction that they get when they are able to tell the customer "no" is one of the only cheap thrills they must have in life. If they instead attempted to help their customers , not keeping them devoid of any sense of customer service, I think that they would find out that their general well-being and outlook on life would be world's better than that momentary feeling of control- that they get when they're powertripping. Do better guys.

Extremely rude the lady hung up after a question to see if they had them in store because on the website it shows they have it. Didn’t bother to check just no try big 5 and hung up
