In October 2022 I bought a 2011 Subaru WRX with about 120k miles if I paid the grand total of 20k for the car. It was my first time getting my own car and I was help by a guy named Yusuf. Some of it is on me as I should have paid more attention to details but I was really excited that clouded a lot of things. First off once I signed the paper her had told me that car has no catalytic converter and it didn’t have one for the longest time because he said it was taking long to install it. I was always patient because I was giving him the benefit of a doubt. I also didn’t receive my registration paper or title of the car it took more than 6+ months to get it. Within a week the cutch had gave out and he blamed for it saying I messed it up. Mind you I Jamie how to drive manual and was always careful in not to grind it. Took to a actual mechanic and not his and they told me the car is all types of messed up everything was after market even the intake and he never got it fixed to this day my car can not get a smog because of it. It sat in my parking spot for a long time as when I week after I got the car a few days after the clutch gave it they told me it had a gas leak I spent another 700 to fix it because it had leaked all over the engine bay and they were surprised the car didn’t blow up as they told me. I tried getting my money back but he kept ignoring my calls and messages. Once I was able to talk to him in person he said he couldn’t give me my money back because he needed to pay rent and he had no money. Moral of the story do not buy from him nor would I recommend it to anyone to buy from here as the car I barely drive it as it was at 120k miles it’s barely at 130k. I tried to get a lawyer for it but they had told me I waited to long for it and I was being nice and thought maybe he is having problems but I learn to not be so eager to buy right away and take the time to look thoroughly. I still have all the paper work, receipts and messages for it. I am writing this now because I really didn’t think there was any point in leaving a review but it could help out someone in the future. As I said I have all the paper work and dates of everything. I have contacted multiple time before and stop because there was no reason going back and forth. And the mileage was at 120k as it says in the paper that I have for the dealership.

These guys are great! Super friendly and helpful. They got my son into a great vehicle when no one else was willing to help him due to a previous repo. They worked hard and got him a great deal! Highly recommend them! It was worth the 2 hour drive.

"DO NOT PUCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY".............. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY SOLD ME A ALMOST $1800 POLICY THAT BOTH THEY AND GWC THEMSELVES REFUSE TO HONOR. THE CAR STARTED TO BREAK DOWN ABOUT A WEEK INTO HAVING IT (ENGINE PROBLEMS CAR STOPPING COMPLETELY WHILE DRIVING). I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO TRY TO GET REFUNDED FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. PLEASE READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. I HAD TO COME OUT OF POCKET ALMOST $500 JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH YHE VEHICLE THE GUY YUSUF IS VERY DECEPTIVE AND IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A YOUNG LADY BY YOURSELF. IF YOU DO GET THE GWC CONTRACT WHICH THEY WILL TRY TO FORCE ON YOU MAKE SURE TO CANCEL WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR FULL REFUND OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT A PRORATE "WITH NO SERVICES RENDERED" AKA STEALING AND WILL THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY.....
Per his response you stole the rest of the $1800 from the gwc warranty that you were trying so hard to avoid canceling as stated by some of your customers you do that often. You owe me a little over $1000 per prorated agreement which you haven't returned and stated you didn't know how much it was. Yes I was angry and acted out of character but with much provoking on your behalf anybody would be when dealing with fraudulent people. One of you associates decided to throw sexual slurs at me that's when the police were called and I was already off your property awaiting their arrival, given I'm the one who called them on you and retain the victim receipt. They just told me to take you to small claims so again with your lies, but hopefully you return the stolen funds thanks in advance.

Came in to look at their lot as my car is at 228k and just need something that can make these Cali hills easier to get up. Bought a car day before Fourth of July, guys were open about each car on lot and didn’t push me towards a specific car. Answered any questions I had, which I didn’t have many aside from a few cars. Ended up buying their 2014 Audi A4 S Line Quattro off the lot for a decent price. There was a minor issue with the tires that they actually helped with. Drove off the lot and not even 10 miles away and it was leaking a lot of coolant for some odd reason.
Gave them a call and they said to bring it back when they open next day as I called when they were closing. They now currently have it in shop to look at it and repair whatever is going on.
These guys at this dealership care about their customers and have pride in what they do.
I would definitely recommend them and send my friends over to them because not only are they willing to look into it if you contact them within a good time span but they try to help you because they want you to enjoy your purchased car. They want to make sure it’s reliable for you when you leave.
I would come back 100%. Upfront and honest dealership and will tell you anything that they know. They’re not out to scam you with hidden fees or sell you a jacked up car.
Editing: Took it back to mechanic to fix the leak that was still going on. Mechanic couldn’t find the issue initially so I needed to get it fixed before I worked on Monday since my previous car has no plates or insurance. Took it to Midas by my house and they found that the water pump and hoses were going out. Spent around $1900 for the repair and sent the bill over to the dealership. They worked something out with me on the repair and were super great to work with especially with the issue. Goes to show how much these guys actually care. If it weren’t the fact Midas was already ripping the car apart and replacing it I would have took it back to get it fixed through them.
Thank yall and especially the owner for working with me getting me set with a car that will last me a while. ??
