This place use to be great but now I’m not spending another dime here! They knew that I brought back my item the same day I purchased yesterday when it had stopped working and I went back today to see if he can exchange like how they usually done. Absolutely no help whatsoever not even an offer to at least fix it (unless the guy who use to manually fix the items for them is no longer there I don’t understand the reason).

This place is legit TRASH, like I read from another customer who reviewed this "Vape" shop. I called to make sure the place was open, per two other reviews that I read on another platform stating that the place wasn't open during posted hours. when I called, instead of the guy who answered the phone telling me their legit/posted store closing time, he asked me whatever it said from which I was getting the information he assumed I had. if someone had not seen the posted hours online/posted in their window, I don't think this dude would have even realized he was at the place I was asking about or that he worked there. Already a couple red flags. I had read on a couple reviews which I now believe were probably fake reviews written by owners or employees that probably used their generous employee discount to sample all the "Mary Jane" available in edibles, pre-rolled and package varieties. Rhey stated their prices were very reasonable and that the customer service was "stellar". if by stellar they meant, so far alien that maybe in a Galaxy far, far away that, rudeness, uninformed, and standoffish have the opposite meaning for those words as they do on this planet. The first person that greeted me was that ill informed dude that answered my phone call earlier and boy did he pull out all the stops on the ignorant championships. When I asked what tanks did they have to choose from he looked like I had just spoken Klingon. So I rephrased my inquiry and asked, which atomizers did they have for sale, no response at all. I was about to lose it when another person, this one, more informed. he showed me one, A Smok Cloud Beast, the only tank sold separately and it was their last one. $49.99??? It actually retails online for $24.99. So, I passed on that. then I checked out a FreeMax Maxxus Starter Kit, I already have one and paid $34.99 but, they wanted $99.99. At this point the more informed guy helping me realized I knew far more about Vaping and the many brands and "reasonable" legitimate prices for most things Vaping. So, after he had opened the Maximus box to show me the color of the mod, which looked like it had either been returned or shown to another customer and not properly put back together with all the included parts (missing charge cable and addition coil) which he didn't realize until I asked to see a Sigelei Chronos Baby, a brand a never heard of and thought might be interesting. When he opened the box he said, and this one has not even been opened yet. three red flags. wasn't able to hold the mod or even read much on the box because after he held it he put it all back in the box and put it away. I asked if it was a full 220 watt mod and if it took two 18650 which he quickly said, yes. That was my mistake because I should have realized the size of the mod couldn't possibly hold even one 18650 battery because it wasn't tall enough. turns out it's only a max 80 watt mod and has an internal battery, of what mAh I'm not sure because it's not stated on the box and there's no instruction manual (also the battery was completely depleted). it's charging now, fingers crossed it works... $69.99 for an 80 watt mod and basic tank. last red flag. Nope, one more....my total was calculated by rounding down the cost of items then to the closest $5. ok, I guess sales tax is paid later or IDK... I can not recommend ever going to this place. too, too many red flags that I should have given more attention too. please do not make the same mistake I did.

I'm an older smoker. After dealing with the young kids at this business it gives me hope that the future generation isn't so selfish. The guys here are awesome, super friendly and know their products!

So many things and products to choose from! The guys that work here get you in and out so fast. The shop is clean and organized. They always have new things to look at, and even have some cool 3D stickers. I keep coming back because... why not! They got it all!
