I'm not always the easiest guy to get along with, nor have I been an exemplary driver, but James Adsit and his staff has been there to help me every time I needed them. Even when I don't think I need help, they are there finding ways to get great rates on the coverage I need. I always feel comfortable dealing with them. Top notch outfit, very much recommended.

It is always a good idea to deal directly with an insurance agent. With an agent you get a personal level of care that is tailored to your specific needs. A good agent will answer your questions and provide you with the proper coverage and make you aware of blind spots that can effect you and your family. If you deal directly with a company, they will sell you the policy that they think you need. Jim reviews your policy regularly in order to ensure that you have the proper coverage.

I have an auto policy, umbrella policy and homeowner's policy with Farmers.In the four years I have been with Farmers, James and Joanne have been wonderful. They return phone calls right away. They are always friendly, available and efficient. Whenever I call with a question, they explain it thoroughly and make sure I understand. If you want great customer service, I highly recommend this office.

My family has been working with Mr. Adsit and his team for over 20 years. I can't speak enough about the level of customer service that you will receive when working with them. Anytime I call, there is always a friendly voice on the other end after only a few rings. There have been so many times when I have called, asking questions and even advice, and all team members spend so much time addressing all of my inquiries. I am confident when saying they are looking out for their customer's best interest, always. I am so grateful for their service.
