Had all four tires replaced on my daughter’s car and I couldn’t be happier with the service and price. They gave her Alyssa recommendations and left it at that. No high-pressure sales tactics. All in all a very good experience.

Got an oil change but to be honest i because i went wirh a coupon i dont think they did everything that said came in the coupon. I have 3 month old new break job done and my breaks were not mak8ng any noise at all after i got my car back my breaks started to scheech loud when coming to a stop could it have anything to do with them rotating my tires? Who knows all i know is my car is a
Supoose to feel better not worse i had one bad tire and they didnt even say anything about it.

Went for tires check and met this amazing guy named Adams McMillan! He gave my car to his team and even did a free oil change for me as my birthday gift. I told him how badly I was treated at the Lemon Grove location, which discouraged me from going there. Adams McMillan was very professional and knows how to treat customers with compassion and mutual respect. I’m grateful Evans Tire has someone so professional. Will definitely keep coming ?

Driving threw Imperial Avenue(7-15-2024) and all of the sudden the tires check light went on. So, I Google the nearest Evans tire & service shop located at lemon ? Grove/ Broadway. So, I arrived there7:45am and explained to the desk clerk the problem. He told me that you need a rotation and check on air on all 4. He refused to attend to my problem! I bought all 4 tires at Evans, and they have a promise policy to buyers of any size of tires to customers whom purchase from Evans. I was not help and all was this desk clerk was saying we are short of staff and we can not help you. I was disappointed and upset that I told him can I make a appointment for tomorrow at 7:30am. He replied:No! We do not make or accept any appointments is a first come first serve basis. So I lefted. If I had known I would get horrible treatment from Evans company, I wouldn't bought these damn horrible tires from this Evans company. I totally regret buying from this company and they have alot of nerve to post on the walls promise policy to serve the customers well. Is a total fake! Falsely advertising to con customers into buying their tires products. Never had a great services from them. This place is horrible. ??

Just call fir a 4 wheel alignment. Person which answer very kind. Arrived for Service. BIG man at the counter very RUDE. Just to be clear. This is only for ask questions before leave my vehicle for service. Off course i deside to go other place to spend my money.

To have a manager of a shop that knows so much about cars this is why I use this shop. Trust me I have had several repair jobs that other shops just could not get right.
So if you need an expert go see this shop snd ask for Carlo!!!
His team will get your car back on the road in tip top shape.
