Whenever I call someone picks up the phone and hang up this happens all the time not very professional this cricket location need better reliable workers that's going to help the clients not pick up and hang up on them

Today 01/04/2023 to drove to Cricket retailer on Broadway n lemon Grove got there at 6 pm store was closed. On door states store closes at 7 pm. About 30 mins of waiting a person finally opens the door. Have you know very cold outside waiting.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Went in on Monday afternoon 3/28. There were two representatives working both of them were with a customer. Neither of them acknowledged me as I walked in. About 45 minutes of me just standing there finally one of the representatives asks if I have a question. 45 minutes of me standing there without acknowledgement and you want to know if I just have a question?! I explained im here because I purchased a new phone online, I'm a new customer and I'm having complications activating my new line. He proceeds to ask me for my phone so he can help me while he's still helping another customer. I hand him my phone thinking ok great he's going to help me. 15 minutes later he approaches me and says I need to call customer service because he can't help me since I purchased the phone online. Ridiculous! Totally wasted my time.

I called Cricket's customer support to get my PIN reset. They advised me to go to in person because my phone was not getting text messages, all I needed was to show my ID. I went and employee who opened the door said to call 611. I explained that they had instructed me to go in person. It seemed he was just waiting for the time to pass so he can clock out. I ended up going to the Cricket on University, the girl there was super helpful and was ablento reset my PIN in less than 2 minutes. The guy at this location could've helped me, he just didn't want to. What a shame!!! I ended up switching to Verizon afterwards.
