don't bother going this cricket store, they will give you a shitty experience, they don't only have shitty customer service but doors are closed when the shop should be open, you will be waiting outside the door 20 to 30m on top they don't have a "out for lunch" notice they won't apologize after making you wait passing lunch hrs and will open the doors just tell you that the computers aren't working call customer service, needless to say when they are open they are not in the front but in the back and they will have you wait 5m or till you walk up to the back fro help, I leave down the block I been coming to this shop for a yr now because it's the one nearest and nothing has changed, they should hire people who actually want to work not just passing time for a paycheck!

I went in on March 12th for a new phone and services, Rodrigo waited on me. He was patient with me, I told him exactly what I needed, even though he did try offering other deals, I told him I was there more for a need than what I wanted. I got in and out in 34 minutes while he attended to three other customers. Thanks for your help. I'm very satisfied with my new phone.

I called Cricket's customer support to get my PIN reset. They advised me to go to in person because my phone was not getting text messages, all I needed was to show my ID. I went and the employee who opened the door said to call 611. I explained that they had instructed me to go in person. It seemed he was just waiting for the time to pass so he can clock out. I ended up going to the Cricket on University, the girl there was super helpful and was able to reset my PIN in less than 2 minutes. The guy at this location could've helped me, he just didn't want to. What a shame!!! I ended up switching to Verizon afterwards.

Whenever I call someone picks up the phone and hang up this happens all the time not very professional this cricket location need better reliable workers that's going to help the clients not pick up and hang up on them

Today 01/04/2023 to drove to Cricket retailer on Broadway n lemon Grove got there at 6 pm store was closed. On door states store closes at 7 pm. About 30 mins of waiting a person finally opens the door. Have you know very cold outside waiting.
