this company is very professional & trustworthy. I highly recommend them for TV repair! Courtesy tv was very professional & takes pride in his work. It doesn't matter how long the repair takes; he will stay & do it right. It is so refreshing to have found a company that offers good service & is trustworthy. I highly recommend!!!!

There's a personal service versus a computer robo-bot corporation. The owner Steve is very attentive to details. I was explained they are, at times, powerless because of the parts -- the recent delays from inventory, transportation and source--Asia and China. Covid and Russian's invasion of Ukraine are two perfect examples of global supply interruptions. The Suez's canal, weeks to free the stuck tanker, causing backup, is another. I understood his point of view--and agreed. I am simply patient, now that our world is highly dependent on foreign trade, especially China. Their humble repair shop, trust me, is not alone.

Very honest, and trustworthy. Took my TV in, worked diligently in trying to find the part. Loaned us a TV while he tried to repair our TV. Good person to work with.

This business is the worst. They shut business down. I called they have been giving me the run-around with my TV. Steve and his company have ripped people off they don't keep their commitment to what they say they are going to do. Please be careful I'm not sure if they are operating again. BE CAREFUL!
