To start off I had an appointment scheduled for October. 3 at 9:30 am with Chris and I booked through the vargo app.. I drove 2hrs away to reach the shop and I arrived at the shop at 8:45am and that's when I first messaged Chris to confirm the address and got no response. As time got later past my appointment schedule time Chris finally calls me back asking what time was my appointment and what service was I getting which all that should have been confirmed through the booking app. Chris did not arrive until 10:54am . My service was rushed and done very poorly and in between the sew in closure install he kept stopping to walk out and take personal calls . The hair he sold me look Like it has been dyed or used the hair sheds and tangle horribly. I got my hair done for my birthday thand already I have to remove this hair. I paid $881 for the install and hair and I'm not satisfied at all. The hair is from " The pink line hair " it's suppose to be 3 bundles and a closure.

C.Fulcher salon is the worst salon I have ever been too if I could rate it a zero I would. I was there for 6 hours, yes I was a walk in but had called Chris himself and he told me if I could meet him at the salon at 10 o clock in the morning he could get me in so I showed up at 9:45 and he didn't get me started until 11:30 and then he washed my hair and I sat and waited for another hour and he washed my hair again and I sat and waited for another hour. Four hours go by before he starts to braid my hair and this whole time he knew I needed blonde bundles but he didn't have anyone go pick them up until 3:30pm when I have been there since 9:45 in the morning. When he was finished doing my sew in the front looked nice it was my first sew in but he never showed me the back because he was in a rush to leave for his birthday dinner. When I got home and looked in the mirror at the back and saw that he used BLACK string to sew in and that you can see ALL the tracks in the back I cried. I literally cried I was so upset. I now understood why he didn't show me the back. I can't put my hair up because he didn't leave enough out to cover. I can either have the sides covered or the back but not both. I hate walking around like this because it looks so poor and unprofessional that it looks like I got in done in a back alley bad. So not only did I spend $225 for a terrible install I now have to go spend more money to get it fixed and right before Christmas too. Terrible salon if you are a new customer don't go here. He only likes his two regulars.
