Shocking Incident of Employee Misconduct. I am writing this review with deep concern regarding a distressing experience at BROADWAY PHARMACY. I witnessed an employee engaging in highly inappropriate behavior, which deeply impacted my perception of the establishment. As I arrived at the premises for my scheduled appointment, I was shocked to witness an employee openly and unabashedly smoking methamphetamine outside while working. The sight of this illicit activity was not only deeply disturbing but also raised concerns about the company's hiring and monitoring practices. I immediately told my mother to switch pharmacies.

If your looking for a reliable pharmacy that CARES about YOUR needs, CARES about YOU getting your medications on time, a pharmacy that will deliver your medication to your door FREE of charge, a pharmacy that will fight for you, THEN SIGN UP with Broadway Pharmacy cuz THEY CARE!They have helped me so many times.I am so happy and Blessed to have them as my Pharmacy and I TELL EVERYONE about all they have done for me. I am type 1 diabetic and I rely on insulin. They make sure I am stocked with my insulin even before I run out. At times I forget to check. They do reminder calls. And they are real people who treat you like family.Cam the pharmacist, she is truly been my lifeline and angel. She calls me, or has her Staff call me to make sure I have my insulin ahead of time and don't run out.And they deliver to my house FREE on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAYS.I am so happy I switched from the big pharmaceutical companies to Broadway Pharmacy.It is a blessing upon blessings. I highly recommend it to ALL my family and friends if YOU or YOUR LOVED ONE LIVES in the La Mesa, Spring Valley area. Call them NOW, YOU WILL THANK ME ? ?

They were very kind and patient with me even though they spent an hour and a half trying to figure out my insurance problems so that I did not have to pay out of pocket. My insurance & CVS were both very uncooperative and not helping the process, but these ladies kept persisting.

I love that it is privately owned because the customer service is fabulous. People are knowledgeable and always looking for ways to make the experience good. They are helpful in ways that are surprising and they deliver as well. It has been such a great thing not having to deal with CVS that even being closed on Sundays has been worth it.

Don't come here, they're LIARS You're obviously don't want to be prescribed by a bunch of liars and don't give a dam about your health. Your pharmacist should be someone that you trust . We got vaccine here and they charge 40$ for each person. COVID VACCINE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!!! After they got caught by an organized Vietnamese community, they sent a text message asking for your bank account number. That is confidential and personal information, how could they expect someone to reveal their account number via text message. They should've contacted us directly via phone call for verification, which questioned me if they really want to refund your money??? This was so unprofessional. The fact that they scammed their own people ( Vietnamese ) is disgusting, shameful , embarrassing..... they take advantage of Vietnamese that lack of medical knowledge or people that experience language barriers, for THEIR OWN PROFIT!!!! Therefore , if they don't even care about their own people, don't be surprising if they treated you like craps !

My mom was charged $40 for the COVID-19 vaccine despite the fact that it should have been free in accordance with the federal CARES Act of 2020 and the direction of the Department of Health and Human Services.We found out that Broadway Pharmacy was illegally charging a $40 fee to a large number of Vietnamese patients who came to get the vaccine. Did they think they could make a quick buck off of our historically marginalized community?Only after the Vietnamese community organized and threatened to sue did the Broadway Pharmacy refund every patient. But the fact that they tried to take advantage of language barriers/lack of medical education and steal money from hardworking, everyday people trying to get help disgusts me. Bring your business elsewhere -- you don't want to be scammed next.

My family and friends got our COVID vaccinations here and the staff was extremely patient and polite to help us! I highly recommend them as they are friendly people. Thank you Broadway!

THE WORST Pharmacy I EVER BEEN to!!! Please don't go here, this is UNBELIEVABLE, they posted on Facebook that they have FREE Covid vaccine but when we arrived they asked for $40 each shot which is not ACCEPTABLE, how can u charge people $40 when you got paid from the Government? and where did they get the Jonhson Jonhson Vaccine when no big Pharmacy such as CVS Walgreen has? where did they come from? was it from China that's why you charged $40? and you posted it will be FREE on Facebook and soon after that deleted because we all came and asked for it? what kind of business are you? I am going to file a report about this! PLEASE DONT GO THERE , NOT RECOMMEND, THE WORST!!!!!
