Quickly and affordably fixed an electrical problem I'd had for months. Very knowledgeable and responsive. I understand why some people have complained about the customer service. It's not that they're rude... They are busy and will speak to you very directly with no filter. I was in the military for twenty years so it didn't really bother me, however, if you're a thinned skinned puss that needs people to speak to you with fake smiles and forced politeness you might wanna look elsewhere.

I highly recommend Broadway Auto Electric shop for all electrical problems that need to be fixed on your auto. Bryan changed our inoperable door actuator on our G-35 infiniti for half the price of a dealership. Bryan was highly recommended by friends for his honesty and excellent trouble shooting expertise. This place came very highly recommended by my mechanic in La Mesa. He saved me a lot of money by giving me advice on why my electric doors weren't working. Evidently Ford doesn't still make the parts so we didn't get them fixed because it was cost prohibitive. But the guy I talked to was very nice and informative.

DO NOT GO HERE. I called to ask if the shop can help me with the specific problem my car has and the man who i spoke to on the phone, Carl, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He cut me off, was snarky, YELLED at me, and didn’t even answer my question. I will not be bringing my vehicle to a place where someone treats me like this on the phone. unbelievable.

Absolutely the worst. They used to be good. Totally sloppy and unprofessional. The mechanics actually completely drained a brand new battery. Then lied about how it happened & what caused it. Don’t let these dudes near your car!

Broadway Auto Electric is FANTASTIC! My vehicle sat at another repair shop for 9 days and they could not did the electrical problem. Broadway Auto Electric diagnosed the problem inside of 15 minutes and had it repaired and in my hands in about 2 hours. The crew there is awesome, kind and they are highly trained.
