Waited an hour for a quiet-quitter to pretend she was in the phone doing"updates." Talked to the joke manager and she was defending this bum who was laughing quietly like an Insane child. Incompetent and brat can't multi task.

So went in with my aunt about 30 mins ago too get a phone and the lady behind the desk has not even stand up one time. Too me that bad customer service skills. So all i see is back of the computer screen.. so she was at the cases for the phone and went too the phone case area and was like what case!!!!!! Lazy people.......

Have you ever been to a store where, when you walk in you can immediately tell that the employees give zero F#@ks. That is this store. Asked the lady behind the counter a question and immediately said she didn't know and to go somewhere else. I have no idea how this place is still open.Given 2 stars because the store itself is presentable.

After a month of communication with Boost corporate rep and the BBB I still have no satisfaction on my complanint and request to have Boost buy back the iPhone they sold me. Their rep first claimed that the phone had been unlocked, but when I took it to another carrier to have activated I was told it wasn't unlocked. I contacted corporate and they needed me to send them the CORRECT MEID. Their record -keeping showed an incorrect MEID. Again they said it was unlocked, so I went back to the new carrier to activate. Still not unlocked. Contacted corporate, who now says that the phone is manufactured for Boost and is not compatible with other carriers. Still refuse to buy back the phone. So I'm stuck.Again, DO NOT DEAL WITH BOOST MOBILE. I have never dealt with a company with such unethical business policies and lack of both expertise and honesty.
