Bank Is always understaffed. Just waited 25 mins in line to be told the only person who could help me would be another 30 mins. Just need to pick up may currency exchange and drop off.
Eather higher more people or close the location and just keep the arms becouse that's all it's good for

Bank of America is the dumpster of all banks and this location really matches the energy. The woman at the front counter was a rude robot. Nobody greets you upon entrance, you are made to feel like an inconvenience. The lady who helped me, which I was in such a hurry to take my money somewhere else so I didn't grab her name, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not even a hello or how can I help you, simply points at the terminal and says "debit card", then she refused to take my check from the United States treasury as if that shit would bounce . I walked next door to US bank and received excellent service. Stank of America just lost a customer The only highlight was the security guard out front, very polite.

I deposited a $7,000 check, which cleared the payor bank that same day. BOA initially told me there would be no hold on that deposit. Although they had cleared funds that were actually in their possession on December 1, on December 2 they issued a notice of a $7000 hold on my account and will not let me access my account funds for a week. Now I cannot make my mortgage payment, pay other bills, or do any Christmas shopping. I have been a customer of that bank since 1999, but not much longer.

I was told it would be half an hour to speak to a banker. There was 1 person ahead of me. Only 1 banker on site. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous.

Very bad customer experience. There is nobody to guide customers with their transactions. Tellers cannot put stop payments on checks. They ask you to seat down, you wait more than 20 mins for a banker only to get told that you have to take care of the transaction over the phone.

Six months ago I opened a bank account here specifically to get a treasury direct authorization. I was told to wait six months. Now “upper management” has revoked that service. I “wonder” why all the major banks are revoking this service just when interest rates started to go up. Did somebody say “Wonder”?!

The hours of operation on the door reflected different time than online. I got here before 5pm thinking I had 15 minutes left and the doors are locked. How disappointing

Horrible I bout Euros and just needed to pick them up, I went previously to a different brunch and they toll me, my husband cand do so since he was in the account. There were 20 people in front of him , once he arrived to the teller they refused to give him the money in the Lemon Grove location. There paid for and nothing I call customer service they told me it was a manager desertion to do so.

I'm pretty sure they don't give a dime about our reviews since mostly everyone complain about this branch and still no change in management. Worst branch in the San Diego county due to their horrible customer service.
