Contracted to do flooring install and then called when they were scheduled to do the installation to say they would no longer be doing the job. Not to reschedule or recommend someone else with more availability, just a "it's not my problem". Very unprofessional. I understand being impacted, but to sit on the job and the money they had already been paid until the morning of the job is not acceptable. The lack of ownership is what is disconcerting. Would not recommend.

So if you're a senior with money to burn, go ahead and use these guys. My experience was terrible. Todd assured I would love my walk-in shower repair. I'm not a contractor but I know when I'm getting ripped off. The work order called for a defective pan replacement and my poor leveling with alot of wall removal. This didn't happen, instead they leveled the original pan and foam filled to keep it level. They reinstalled the 1in. tile at the bottom and reinstalled the doors. The workmanship was very bad. Doors not hung level, door rail not square. Second attempt not better. I had to square up everything myself. Even the toilet had shims because the wax ring was installed wrong. They still charged me the original price. $6800. Dollars. I would never use or recommend them at all. Photos attached are a sickening reminder.

We dealt directly with Terry, the owner, and had a great experience. He worked with us to make sure all of our questions and concerns were met, and he did the job at a fair price. He and his team are honest, hard-working and do great work. I highly recommend this company.

These guys have no communication at all as to any status of where things stand or when their completion date is. In the middle of the job they will try to upsell services that where already included in the contract than when you call them out on it they will refuse to do it unless you pay up.

Terrence and his crew did a perfect job on our HOA's utility closet rebuilds. Termites and 37 years destroyed what we had and now everything is upgraded, secure and looks perfect.Their customer service is great too. We'll be repeat customers. :-)

When my own former property management and HOA refused to file a claim and cover the water damage and mold in my condo that was caused by a leaking water line that ran throughout the building, Terrence and his team were the only contractors who were willing to help me. They worked with my insurance and new current property management throughout 2019 to repair all the water damage and perform mold remediation of my condo. I cannot thank them enough for helping me during such a difficult time and making my condo better than it was before, they saved my home and investment. Along with his brother Terrell at Dry Express Restoration, I highly recommend their services.

A&A help me remedy, repair, retexture, restore the water damage of the bathroom in my rental property in San Diego. Their crew does quality work and very responsive and attentive to my requests. I also appreciate the transparency when I asked for status update. Overall, I am glad A&A has my back and put my mind at ease during the Shelter-At-Home period, because I know my apartment is in good hand without the need to physically being there.

A&A just finished a project at my house. They did all the downstairs flooring and the stairs. Also did a complete remodel of our bathroom upstairs. They did an amazing job!! The professionalism shows in there quality of work. Terrence the project manager is easy to communicate with. Any changes that needed to be made were done accordingly. He also handled the communication with my insurance company and made sure I was getting everything I was entitled too due to the damage caused by a water leak. spearheading the labor was Eliel. He is a master craftman!!! Everything was precise and fitted perfectly.He answered all questions I had when he was doing the work. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling project you might have!!!!
