Apparently I've had the same experience as the other people who left reviews. Employees in the store are not only rude but they are very unfriendly. But I take it back when I said employees. I should have said some of the employees. There are a couple of really cool cashiers. But to the Arab dude it's working there right now... Dude if you're that unhappy and miserable go find another job.

This 7-11 never misses an opportunity to disappoint. Everytime I come here there is something broken or not working or they just don't do something. I keep coming back for abuse.

I made the mistake of going in here for a soda. I was charged six dollars for chips that were Marked as $2.99. As well I was charged nearly 4 dollars for sodas that were supposed to be one dollar bringing my total up to $10 for one bag of chips and two sodas. When I refuse to pay the young Arab Got mad and told me to get the hell out! He then threatened to assault me, and even followed me outside to my vehicle. Once he realized he was being filmed, he tried to act civilized. The people in there are gross and so is the inside of the store. The entire staff there are worth less than nothing.

Hi I came to this 7-eleven on 4-8-24 around 12:25pm the cashier that helped me was very rude, like patients was at a Zero and that is not customer service, he really needs suspension for that, customer service is very IMPORTANT AND HE NEEDS TO LEARN THAT, because I am a very nice person and you don't just start acting rude to a kind person. I wanted to put 0 stars but you have to at least pick one star on here.

Do yourself a favor and avoid going to this 7/11 at all cost unless you want to be wrongly accused of "stealing" a bottle of soda. The way I was talked to and treated by the employee at the time of the incident was completely unacceptable and dehumanizing. Not an ounce of customer service in sight.

Don't think of going at past 1am. Those doors are locked and the lights are on but store is closed until 5 am. Every single day of the week. New management isn't exactly customer focused.

This 7-11 is in a great location, but it's just not very clean. It could use a good scrubbing and sweeping. The cashier is polite, I've never encountered a rude employee. The cashier usually is a young guy, when I come and he's always nice. They tend to always have coffee and are stocked I think. It just needs to be cleaned.

This store location needs to update their time schedule, looks like they open after 5 am (not really 24hrs).

Isn't this place supposed to be 24/7, they're closed with no sign saying that it is when it's 24/7, atm is usually down and the cashiers are too stupid to count right

To the tall man with long hair working late night on 7/11/23, you are an absolute Angel of a human being.

I don’t know if the owner looks at post about his, or her, store but the guy in there today Sunday June 11th 2023., was the politest person I’ve ever met in a 7/11 good guy! It’s 8:06am just in case the higher up’s are wondering to whom I’m talking about. So they know the date and time.

The sign outside says Under New Management. If that is the case, then either Management stinks or Management needs to hire better employees. I went into this location in Lemon Grove to buy a pack of gum & get a free small Slurpee since I'm a rewards member. The gum came to $2.09, when I opened up my wallet & gave the guy a $5 bill. He made some comment under his breath & I said, "I'm sorry, what did you say? I couldn't hear you." He said "Oh nothing." And I replied, "I really didn't hear you the first time." He then said "You gave me a $5 & you had dollar bills in your wallet." I opened my wallet to show him I only had one $ 1 bill. He mumbled something under his breath again & I said "If I had the exact amount, I would've given that to you." So my first problem with this is that this employee of 7-11 shouldn't be so picky about what monetary denomination I or any other customer gives him. If he doesn't have enough change in his register, then he might want to plan for that in the future. That's not my problem or any other customer's problem! This guy should be glad customers are patronizing this store because it is DISGUSTING inside. The station with the Slurpees & fountain drinks needed to be wiped down. It just takes about 2 minutes to clean it up. I didn't have to show the cashier what was in my wallet but I did because I didn't want this pompous jerk to think he was right. I know there are much cleaner, well-stocked 7-11s near me who have nice employees, so therefore, this one doesn't deserve my business. The New Management should be ashamed of their employees & how the store looks.
