One of the few places to which I can give the highest rating.
The hotel is very well located with a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. Almost on the highway itself near the gas station.
When booking at the Holiday Inn, I expected slightly worse conditions, but in this facility everything was on 5. Modern, clean and fully equipped. In the bathroom a note that if you forgot something from the cosmetic products, just call the reception and they will bring it to the room.
Breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food. The cafeteria was very clean, and food was donated as soon as it ran low.
A big plus for the elderly gentleman who booked us (he was dressed delicately, like a cowboy). Very cordial and helpful. The rest of the staff without a smile and typical American interaction.
Price per night definitely higher than in nearby hotels.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Rooms: Large, clean rooms with full facilities. Very nice views of the nearby mountains from almost every side of the hotel.
Nearby activities: Beautiful mountains.
Safety: We felt very safe in this hotel.
Food & drinks: A wide selection of food for a typical continental breakfast. Only ham, cheese and vegetables were missing. Nevertheless, very tasty.

WORST HOTEL IN THE COUNTRY!!!
They stole $220 from me. I made a reservation, they charged my credit card for the full amount about 20 minutes before I showed up, and when I arrived the woman at the front desk said “We don’t have any rooms available”. Isn’t that what a reservation is for??
They didn’t even attempt to accommodate or assist me in any way. I had been driving for 13 hours straight and had to sleep in my truck.
The woman at the front desk was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. Apparently she took it upon herself to charge my card AND give my room away to someone else.
On top of that, I was yelled at by the security guy because I parked my tuck in the only open spot of the property.
Time to fight the charge through AMEX which will be a HUGE waste of time. Never staying in a Holiday Inn again!!!

My wife and I was there one night on our way from LA to Fresno.
Room is similar to the other Holiday Inn. I said it is ok.
Service was ok.
Price is decent. No complain
Location: I love the location of this hotel as it's on high elevation. Nice and Cool breeze in the morning which I really enjoy.
I will rebook it when I travel back there.

This hotel is newly renovated with large spacious rooms and a tasty hot breakfast in the morning, what's not to love. Staff were nice and checked us in quickly.
Rooms: Large and new 2024.

To the management: please do not reply with nonsense comment. Be Honest at least.
I would not stay here in future at all. The guy at front desk with long white hair and long moustaches is has behavior problem. Ready to pick a fight! Did not tell about breakfast and time and when I asked he become upset and pretend that he told me.
He also told me he is not aware of any theft activity or beak in for the cars!!! Just look at reviews.
He had lots of rooms available but gave us the room next to the highway. If you tell anything, he will show attitude.
The only park option for trucks and even smaller ones is the dirt area which is full of theft activities but front desk will lie to you.

Great hotel for charging an EV overnight at nearby charger. Reasonable price, new clean feel, helpful staff, decent breakfast as these things go. Sound insulation not great, and walk to charger not very safe or pleasant, but otherwise an above-average experience.

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting Magic Mountain. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Thermostat had a constant fan option which I appreciated as I usually sleep with a fan on. Noise between the units was minimal, but both mornings I had my sleep interrupted by birds chirping outside.
The only issues I experienced while here was the second day the internet stopped working for a few hours, and when we got back from the park, our room keys had stopped working and the front desk had to reprogram them.
There really isn't much nearby in terms of food, but there are some quick service restaurants down in Wheeler Ridge. The complimentary breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but nice to have.

Our experience is spoilt because of no internet at the property, we asked the reception and they said there’s no ETA, please be aware if you be needing an internet connection. We weren’t offered any compensation either.

The room was gross. We paid a little extra for the suite, and that was a mistake.

Room was large, spacious and clean. However the website advertises a heated pool and yet it was closed. Also the fitness center was closed without explanation. Paying for amenities I am not getting. Disappointing.

Room was very clean, the breakfast attendants Luz and Cris were very sweet and made me smile in the morning getting breakfast.

We stayed here with our children one night. Very clean suite room. However, the jacuzzi was broken, pancake maker machine broken in the morning, vending machine not working correctly and fitness center closed for repairs. I think there should be a discount with amenities not being repaired. Everything else was great.
