Rude!!! There is a problem with one of their cars that has a flat tire. I was trying to explain when all of a sudden he cut me off and talked over me (No cars! I cant help you) on a unpleasant voice

Broke down near Lebec and noticed there is a Hertz location there so i valled and got no answer. I clicked on the website link and couldn't find the location to make a res. Is this location still open?

This does not deserve any star.. except perhaps a falling one my husband and I we're stranded when are RV broke down near Lebec we needed to get a rental to get to town to fill his prescriptions I tried to arrange a rent a car through AAA and learned that this location is not listed with the Hertz reservation counter Hertz shows no location in Lebec I tried calling Direct and the price was outrageous I would avoid this place at all costs
