I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
Did I mention this was around Black Friday madness- They took the time to help and make it super easy for me!! Grateful beyond words for finding this gem!?

What a delightful experience!Misty Miranda counseled us on TV and sound systems. She gave great advice, and we are thrilled with our 2 new big screen TVs and sound systems. We are grateful for Misty's recommendations and assistance. We will highly recommend Video & Audio Center in the future.

We were having issues with our audio setup and tv and after contacting Video and Audio Center got connected with Misty. After assessing our problem she suggested a FaceTime call. She worked with us for a good half hour and walked us through all of the troubleshooting steps and ultimately solved our issue!!! She was extremely professional, patient and kind and we are so thankful for her help. We are long time customers now for sure because of her!!!

Very cozy and warm destination store. I did not feel rushed to make my purchase and staff answered all my questions. They really helped explain the differences between brands and help me get the television that best suits me for my needs.Thank you Misty for making something complicated into something easy to understand. Recommend!

Great customer service in the show room. Not helpful after sales. I expected more based on previous experiences…but the other purchase were TV stands this is the first TV and it’s been troublesome since week two of the installation!

The owner was helpful and very knowledgeable. He even reduced the price on a surge protector because he found that it was cheaper on Amazon. Impromptu he checked and gave me a discount. Will be getting any future tvs and electronics for here.

Wasn't the cheapest in town and they did not have the tv at the store. But they did have it at the warehouse and delivery it next days by 11am so good for that. I already did my research and just needed TV. Not sure I would go back, I was not impressed and didn't feel appreciated for my purchase.

My In-ceiling speaker system was not functional ever since we bought a home as it needed an amplifier to connect. I did some research online to find the right one at a reasonable price and as usual, I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information available and decided to pay a visit to a big box store to get some advice. The rep was nice, but quote was not so much as I was told it will cost me thousands(no kidding!). So, I gave up for a while before I ended up visiting Audio and Video center in Lawndale/Torrance area. Now this store was something I always had my sight on as its close to my home and was on the regular route to everywhere I drive but never ended up visiting as obviously most of us customers flock to big box stores due to their appeal. So, I finally visited this store and was able to get exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. Soon after I entered the store, I was referred to a senior gentleman (I believe his name was Chuck, if I remember correctly). Chuck patiently listened to me and suggested the exact product that I need and would solve my problem. His honest advice saved me thousands. And the equipment was of superior quality, with easy installation and worked just as he explained. I am now able to enjoy my speakers after a rather long wait. It was then I realized how much we miss some genuine customer service and how in some ways the smaller stores can still compete in the current climate. I highly recommend visiting this store and paying a visit for your electronic needs and definitely talk to Chuck (I hope I am right on the name)

My husband, Danny and myself bought a tv about 10 years from Misty. We decided to go back again and it was a good thing we did. She had all the information from 10 years ago and found out even with a larger tv we did not have to buy a larger bracket. The information was already in the computer. Misty really does know her stuff since we are a couple of senior citizens and I must say Misty was extremely patient with us. We bought our 55'' Sony on 6-26-21 and delivery and set up was great. We would not think of doing business anywhere else with the type of knowledge and treatment we got from Misty. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend Video & Audio Center in Lawndale to our family and friends. We just love the 4K OLED which is a first for us. Love, love, love the tv. Can't thank you enough Misty. Went in to buy 2 Samsung smart 4K TV's.... a 65" and a 50". The first question I asked was the difference between their models and Costco's as the prices were cheaper at Costco. I got the dumbest answer of all time.... the salesman told me Samsung used "club parts" for Costco and their sets weren't as good as Audio Video Stores models. Ridiculous!Decided to buy at Audio Video in that we had a complicated surround sound system. The installation guys communicated very poorly and did nothing to show us the how to operate the new TV's . We sort of figured out the basics after they left.Then went back and bought a new Denon surround sound receiver... the installation guys had everything so screwed up a supervisor had to come over and straighten out the mess. He pointed out we needed a speaker replaced... ended up buying 5 new Polk speakers from Amazon.Still not satisfied with my installation in that I get continual "set up " messages on the Denon and Samsung 65" .Urge you to go elsewhere for installation.

I had a very good and pleasant experience on buying my TV here, the guy and woman working here are have been super nice with me at the phone when I asked if they had the TV I wanted and at the store they were super friendly, they gave me advices on some nice place around and the guy helped me on loading my TV inside my car; they have definitely the best products and prices and I will surely buy there again in the future.
