Excellent customer service. Always on top of everything. The pharmacist is always helpful and on top my my meds refill. The delivery driver has always been friendly and easy to communicate with to schedule delivery. Thanks Thu Pharamcy for being super over the years!

Thu's pharmacy is a great local pharmacy that I get all of my medications. This pharmacy is quick/efficient and I never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The pharmacists and staffs there are super helpful and knowledgeable. They give great care and attention every single time I go here and answer all of the questions that I need to know about my medications. Pharmacist Nolan is always there to help, he is super nice and friendly too. I always get the best service from Thu's pharmacy and the staffs. This is definitely my go to Thu's pharmacy for all of my needs. My family and I are long time loyal customers to this pharmacy.

I got a recommendation and came to Thu Pharmacy to fill my medications for the first time. I have to say I am so happy with the amount of care and dedication to the service at the pharmacy. They discriminated against me , and I caught the receptionist talking to one of the pharmacist telling him to tell me they don't carry the meds I was prescribed . Then they told me they got robbed and I have to find a new pharmacy after then saying they were robbed and so they no longer carry the meds . The male pharmacist was yelling at me that he isn't going to help me and to find a new pharmacy . He refuses to let me file a complaint with him and instead when I asked to speak to the owner he told me no , and then changed his mind to tell me he is concerned for my health and no longer the reason was due to being robbed . He then told me he is blocking my number . I've been suffering extreme pain and been using this pharmacy for over five months, and all of a sudden they just cut me off my meds and refused to help me . They did not follow state board of pharmacy ethics and rules and the owner is not even supervising the brute behavior and callous cruelty of her staff. Find yourself true honest caring pharmacist who are not racist or discriminatory, and evil !
