I came here to send a package out of state with Christmas presents in it. Belen was so helpful and she has such great customer service. My package was suppose to arrive the day after Christmas. I was so surprised to hear it arrive two days early. Belen helped me with a great price. She is an outstanding employee and was comforting me knowing I was a little sad the package was going to arrive on the 26 instead. What a great surprise that it arrived earlier. The other employees were courteous as well. This place is very clean too. This is where I will go for all my shipping needs.

Let me first say my first time visiting the store was last Sunday and I believe I was helped by the owner, he was extremely nice and helpful and I appreciate his business so I decided that I was going to start coming to that location fast forward to today. The service that I received today was the young lady Maria that was in there. I don’t know if she don’t wanna be there today, but it took everything in me for me not to cuss her out, you work at a place that makes copies and you can’t even make a copy correct her attitude was stank and it just sucks because the owner was actually really nice and this will probably be my last visit because of the Customer Service I received by this young lady Maria.

This place charges two times the amount of other UPS stores. I went in to ship a couple of 6 ounce packages and paid $14.31 per package. When I asked if there was a cheaper option, the woman at the front desk said “no”. I went to another UPS store in Long Beach and paid $7.48 to ship an identical 6oz package. When I asked the woman at the Long Beach store if the price is standardized across all stores, she said it was supposed to be. I was cheated here.

Ever since they took the feedback online- I am glad to say they def have improve with just a simple hi and small open ended questions. I work in cservice myself and I totally understand we have more harder days than most ppl esp in this specific industry. i think at least acknowledgement is the biggest thing that people can do in this field- even its small! So I am glad they took the feeback!

Customer service is bad. Lady who works there does not know how to help and did not even bother finding out just said she doesn’t know either. Their printer does not show the files that I wanted to print in USB, and I had to pay 1.99$ service fee to open it in their old old computer and print.

I came into this location to send a fax. Double-sided copy, the person was able to scan one side and forgot to scan the other. IRS did not like that.I came back into this location to fax those documents again, except I was going to have them copy both sides so that it would be easier to fax. Their fax machine was broken, I had themmake the copies anyway, the copies came out all black and blurry.

Ups is horrible since it's a franchise. Fax isn't working...Last time system was downBlah blah blah... It's always somthing. I'll choose fed ex.

I just needed to drop off a pre-labeled package and get it scanned in. There were three people in front of me when I arrived. I guess the customer at the front was dealing with some issue, but then one of the staff asked me if I was just dropping off and asked me to go up front to another station to take care of me. I was probably there less than a minute or two. Super easy. Plus it's a newer store, so clean and contemporary. Located just off the 405.
