I have a handicap walker and asked Lupe if there was anywhere in the store I can store my walker while shopping. She said absolutely not, you can't store it any where but the front door. So rude, most allow me to store it next to customer service. So rude and completely thoughtless towards the handicap. Not sure how or why she is a part of management.

There's an employee at THIS TARGET DOESNT ALLOW CUSTOMERS USE RESTROOMS! To all of that complain about the cust. Service just take the SURVEY at the bottom of the receipt with employee name. You're welcome! I agree with the service here is dreadful!

When I say EVERYTHING is locked up I'm being so dead serious. The TOOTHPASTE was locked up. You couldn't accomplish anything in this store in under 45 minutes. There's no way on God's green earth you are saving money by having full aisles locked up, because i know I passed on at least $50 worth of items because I cannot be bothered to wait for someone to come unlock pimple patches just to have to wait another 10 minutes in the next aisle over waiting to unlock the shampoo. There's a target 15 minutes from here with the same products and NONE of it is locked, I'll be going there from now on.

Aside from being a much smaller store with limited variety, the customer is horrible 25% of the time. Call buttons do nothing (a few months ago I hit the call button and nothing happened for over 15 minutes and notice employees near by just chit-chatting away which is absurd since ma y items are locked up and an employee is needed. They dont keep accurate inventory so items shown to have multiple in-stock are not in stock / MIA.

The service here is horrible. I asked to use the bathroom and was told the bathroom was in the back, but the associate didn't tell me that the bathroom needed a code. We have told two associates and 20 mins later I am still waiting to use the bathroom. I am temted to close my target card after the horrible treatment I have received here. There also isn't any soap in the bathroom, so what are the employees that work at Sarbucks washing their hands with?

Closest target to me and I avoid at all costs. Everything is locked up and wait times to have someone unlock and give you what you needs is so long I could have probably driven to the next closest target and get the stuff I needed.

Awful coming to this target. The line for the self check out and other cashiers was super long and it took a while before they opened another box. I was buying diapers and wipes. After my purchase I asked the guy where the bathroom was, clearly for my baby to be changed. He says all the way in the back. Ok that’s fine, I get there and there are codes needed. Ok that would’ve been nice to know. I find another person that works there helping someone else. I ask for the code. He says go knock and wait to see if someone comes out if not I’ll help you in a bit. So rude I have a baby I do not have time to be going back and forth. Would have been nice if someone helped to know if the bathroom was available so I could use it. Having a baby I can’t be going back and forth hoping someone has the decency to help me use a bathroom. It was very rude and unprofessional. Will not being going back to this target appears they don’t care to help customers, much more deeply have compassion for someone with a baby.

Bad service employees don't care if you ask for help thwy answer some one will help in a moment no clean restroom is only one restroom and i don't know why is one exclusive for team members when is a large store beside have entry code lock when i ask for the code she said aome one will help you soon so i have to wait more to use restroom and over that other person was waiting to so i must wait to use it more time no comin back bad service over

STORE DOES NOT CARRY EVERYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CAN NOT GET A DRIVE UP PICK UP ORDER CORRECT. ITS HAPPENED TWICE. MOD UNPROFESSIONAL. WAITING FOR AN ITEM IN A CONTROLLED CABINET TAKES 10 TO 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO FINALLY COME OVER. THEY PICK UP AND HANG UP TO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS. I WOULDN'T BOTHER GOUNG TO THIS LOCATION... WASTE OF TIME!! NO STARS
