Stopped here for the first time and I loved how sweet all the baristas are.Was very hectic but they communicated well with me. Never made me feel like I was stranded, Nick took my order and he was very patient with me even tho it was hectic.Totally recommend you to stop in this Starbucks

This is first time I’ve ever left a bad review for a business, but it’s necessary. I’ve never experienced a coffee shop with such a bad vibe before. I’m staying in the neighborhood for a few weeks visiting family, I’m walking distance to this location, and have gone 4 times this past week for sheer convenient coffee. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve had a shockingly off putting experience. I will not return after today. Never once has the staff greeted me, they all seem miserable and resentful of their customers. On my first visit, I ordered at the counter. The barista charged me for all sorts of add ons for foam and sweetener that I did not ask for. I could tell that the price sounded high, so when she asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes. I pointed out the extra charges and told her I was confused why she charged me for all these things I didn’t order. She rolled her eyes, didn’t apologize, and said she’d give me a refund for the extra $2 charge. To be honest I was surprised her manager didn’t refund the whole drink, but I let it go and didn’t comment, I took the $2 refund and left. On my next few visits, I ordered from the app and waited by the pick up counter for way too long before anyone would acknowledge me. Not only was I never greeted, but this staff actively avoids eye contact. On today’s visit, I placed an order with a pickup time of 630am. I arrived a little late, at 634am. The drive through was busy, but the lobby door was locked. I could see 5 employees inside, 2 of them were working. I awkwardly stood there waving for a minute. No one would look at me. I awkwardly knocked on the door and one employee looked at me, I think she was the manager. She ignored me and looked down. Then 3 other employees looked at me and turned around to ignore me too. I knocked again. The manager pointed to the drive through line. So I said through the closed door, I walked here and ordered through the app. She said something to the staff. A few seconds later a different employee came to unlock the door. He was obviously annoyed, didn’t look at me once, and everyone inside made me feel completely unwelcome. I immediately said, “I’m sorry, I’m so confused. Are you guys only open for the drive through right now?” The manager glared at and addressed me as if I were her enemy #1 as she responded with, “the lobby opens at 630. We opened late today at 640.” That’s all she said. No apology, no have a nice day. The whole staff made me feel so gross and like I did something wrong. I’ve worked in hospitality, I was a bartender for years until 3 months ago. An hour later and I’m still scratching my head over how the staff at a coffee shop could leave such a terrible impression for no reason. I’m dumbfounded. The vibes here are straight up toxic and I’m better off feeding my coffee fix literally anywhere else other than here. I don’t recommend this location to anyone until they find new management. Waited over thirty minutes for a cold brew. Didn’t know it was that difficult to pour cold brew in a cup and put ice in it. Maybe I should have tipped for the exceptionally quick service?

My kids and I went here today excited to try the new drink gone viral on TikTok the pink strawberry drink I order 3 venti drinks and I wait over 15 mins in drive thru so when in I get to the window the lady says 19.90 I gladly swipe my card and she hands me one drink as I look at the drink I say hey there's no strawberries in it then she says" oh we ran out did I not tell you?" I'm like no she says" oh sorry"....Clearly if she told me I would have left the whole point was the strawberries why would they serve the drink just like that not professional on top of that charge me for it and expect me to be ok

Took a walk to this location only to find out they closed the inside early. When I inquired about it, they became very rude. Brushed me off. I asked about their hours and the inside closed at 8. Nothing indicated that on the website or at the store. Very condescending attitudes.
