Rick and Ryan took care of the repairs as soon as possible. They took care of the paperwork with CarMax Max Care program and fortunately the mechanical issues were covered by the extended warranty. They advised on some additional repairs that the truck needed but I am going to have to come back for those. I’m glad I found a trusted ship so close to home. Thank you Rick for taking care of your clients from start and finish, highly appreciated.

You never know the great service right in your own backyard. I had noticed Rick’s for some time. With a new AC problem, gave it a go.
From first time stepping foot there, all good, straightforward, honest feedback and vibes.
All fixed quickly same day. Will not hesitate to make Rick’s my new go to mechanic.

I really appreciate how up front Rick was. He told me they were a little more expensive than other AAA approved shops, but I understand that you get what you pay for. The thoroughness of the diagnostics, the quality of the work done, and the process being made so simple more than justifies the slightly higher cost. If you appreciate quality work you found the right place.

Took my trailblazer for ac recharge and leak check. The technicians were courteous and informative. They had great communication along the process making sure I approved of all repairs and inspections made and what I will need. Thanks you! It feels good to have a ice cold ac in my car again.

I had my wheel bearings replaced at Rick's Automotive two years ago, and it's already worn out. They give a three years warranty, which should cover my wheel bearing replacement. However, today, after checking my car, they decided NOT to honor warranty coverage for my repair. I also found out that they replaced it with the used one. No wonder it didn't even last for two years. I don't trust them anymore.

Rick’s was probably the best auto shop I’ve been to. I got an appointment the next day, he took pictures of everything that was wrong, and got everything fixed. I’ll be going here the next time I have some wrong with my car
