Jesus, this was a first, Nicole the old lady was just plain rude. Completely ignored me for like 15min standing there until the other cashier asked for help. They were not doing anything at all. Then when my transaction completed she just threw my stuff in the little slot thing. Anyways very unprofessional, probably dmv reps more professional than that lady

Literally went in to send money and the lady helping me named Memorie (only know because of the transaction receipt because she was not wearing a name tag) has the WORST customer service. Instead of feeling welcomed she literally made me feel like I was bothering her. Isn’t this place about customer service? Horrible.

I frequently use this location to get my money orders but I highly doubt if I’ll go back. I only use this location when it’s too late in the day & my regular location is closed. Every time I visit this location it’s always crowded & they consistently have only one window open. So now a 10 min trip turns into almost an hour.
My most recent visit there was only one guy working & some other woman with braids, not going to say her name. Not sure if she was a manager but all she was doing was stapling papers, counting money & sitting @ the computer doing nothing. There’s no reason why the only employee working should have to work 3 separate windows by himself just to keep the line moving while she did nothing. I know this review my not do anything but I needed to get this off my chest..
