“I stopped in last night for the first time ever and I was cutting it SUUUPER close to closing time. I ran in and quickly said I already knew what I needed so I would definitely be done before 630. The owner was very calm and polite; she reassured me about the time, AND she took the time to help me and make sure I got what I was looking for. She asked about my dogs and I told her about some of the issues they have been having, and I ended up getting something just a little different, from the same brand they are now used to, that seems like it will better suit their needs.On a further note -- we have been going out of our way to get our dogs' food because the local place we would go to stopped carrying it. This quickly became very frustrating because every time we would drive out there, we were only allowed to buy one bag. The second to last time I went, after I was already at the car with my one bag, the same person who never allows for more than one bag tells me, "you should have got the 50lb bag" ?♀️ ... WHAT?! There's a 50lb bag?! After all the times I told her we have 3 large dogs, she tells me this now?! Mind you, I had stopped looking around when I would go in, because at that store, they have to get the big bags for you, so, already knowing what I needed, I just started going straight to the counter and asking for the 30lb bag.The last time I went, I asked if I could get 2 bags... she said if I wanted 2 bags, I had to go back around 330... so then I asked for the 50lb bag, and she says they do not have it.I ended up going to the dog foods website to see about purchase options, and to my surprise, it listed PAWramount as a carrier!!I could NOT be more happy about this as not only is PAWramount just minutes away, but they are also SUPER polite. They clearly show how much they care about their customers, AND... I WALKED OUT WITH A 50LB BAG, and RIGHT AT 630???????.YAAAAAAY! ?”

“Super friendly and knowledgeable pet shop. I called in Advance to help my 10 wk yr old puppy get an ivy because he was severely hydrated. Janet answered the phone and informed me that they do in fact do these types of procedure and more. She was kind enough to inform me what time I should come in and helped me every step of the way. Staff here are very knowledgeable and can help you in any questions you have. I want to thank you guys for helping me and my sick dehydrated puppy today. “AKSM has handled my dog grooming needs for years. They are amazing and responsible. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs there, and the dogs always come home smelling fresh and feeling clean. I have a 13 year old who has a seizure disorder, and DJ made me feel very comfortable continuing my dog's grooming service after the seizures began. I also take advantage of the monthly teeth cleaning service, which is very convenient. They have a pretty clear grooming menu with prices on the website, but if you have questions or need help picking what is best for your pet, just ask! They are happy to help.”

“The BEST dog food ever created! My 10 year old malti-poo gave me the blues for 9 years. No food made her happy or feel well until JFFD! Tummy troubles, loose and nasty poops and the worst staining around her eyes and mouth on went away. She’s the pickiest eater and I don’t have the time or patience to cook her food. She’s been eating JFFD for almost a year and now all she does is run in circles every time she hears her food container from the fridge being opened. Every drop disappears in no time and she begs for more. Vet exams and lab work are always great now!”

“Love this wonderful place so much!! We took our 60lb Golden retriever there for a bath and deshedding treatment. Our pup sheds SO much, I didn’t expect it would be noticeably different afterwards. She came back to us SO beautifully clean, unbelievably soft and looked 10lbs lighter with all the fur they combed off!Our girl also came home with a sweet bandana around her neck and a special treat— she was sooo happy afterwards. They also sent us a grooming report afterwards with how she did and anything else they noticed.The whole process was so professional, the facilities are spotless, and everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. They had SOOOO many options and I bought a little too many. They had themed treats and even dog safe chocolate!! I had no idea that even existed. My dog loved the treats and he didn't have stomach issues from them.”

“We have tried several so called human grade dog foods. We wanted to use the best and asked our vet for many years and a close friend also, what he recommended and he suggested we try Pure Dog Food. He had nothing to say but great things and how good it was for our dog. He said the cost was a little more, but that would be nothing to keep our dog healthy and live longer, and in the long run we would not being spending all the expensive costs of medically having to treat a sick dog, one thing that us dog lovers surely know. It doesn’t have added ingredients to try and keep the freshness like all those typical kibble pet foods that add carcinogenic ingredients that can cause cancer!! I was looking to switch up the kibble I was feeding, I was assisted by Tally who delivered phenomenal customer service specifically in detail to ingredients inquired what I was looking for price wise and how much my dogs weighed . “I can not say enough wonderful things about the two products I have purchasedMy story starts with a rescued wirehair pointer 2 years old that does not like being groomed and always needs it bad re: sticker magnet . Also we have a 9.5 year old Great Dane with arthritis well my beautiful cousin has a rescue called Lucky Dog Rescue of Madera CA she ask others in her tribe about these 2 and referred me to this company ! I can now trim and brush my wirehair easier with cbd drops and my Great Dane is jumping around with chews Miracle Thank You Thank You Thank You”

“My husband and I came here I think literally five minutes after becoming first time dog owners (we met up elsewhere in Runway to do the handoff with the foster) to buy a harness because Ada was pulling so hard on her leash to look for her foster that the her collar was choking her. The sales associate was incredibly kind and helpful, coming around the counter to help us size and harness her and try to soothe her with treats. He also cut the tags to take to the register so we could pay for the item without unharnessing her and she could wear it out of the store. We came here again at a later date under less stressful circumstances so we could have a look around. They seem to have a nice little selection of treats, toys and accessories that I haven't seen elsewhere!”
