The customer service is absolutely terrible. I went in to get windshield wipers, I asked the manager ( he was a short fat guy with glasses, and curly hair) if it would be possible if someone can help me install my windshield wipers. He walked away while answering me. To mind you he was mumbling. So when he walked back to the counter I asked him did you say something I couldn't hear you. He said yeah I did! What I said was we didn't come to work with sweaters on, and it's raining. As he said it he had a smirk on his face. I think he just wanted to finish his donut because he looked bothered that he had to put it down to help a customer. I don't understand how store managers make someone with a sour attitude a manager.

Best customer service from Felix!!! Went in to get oil and he even recommended a good mechanic... it's nice to have good people that love what they do.

I had a great experience with Felix, one of the parts specialist at O'reilly Auto Parts Lawndale location. Felix was very patient, very professional and very courteous. Felix did not complain not once about backing his fellow co/worker up by replacing a battery with a screw that had fell below and was hard to get to and was no where In sight. Felix went straight to the root of the problem and assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry, I felt comfortable at that point and knew that I was In good hands, you do not get that type of service or assurance from an auto parts store, my heart stopped racing as Felix did his job. I am so please with the outcome. Felix, you are the best and such exceptional Parts Specialist. So when you go to O'reilly, if you happen to get Felix, you are getting the best!! Thank you again Felix!

The customer service is horrible, I was there 1/2 ago, asking questions about motor oil with this nice guy, and this lady who works there came to us very extremely rude, saying that she has a lot of experience here and that , nobody ask her how many years she. Is being in this bussines , but the way I was treated was horrible for a customer and the way she was speaking to me HORRIBLE NEVER GOING BACK THERE BECAUSE OF HER

Great customer service , I bought a pair of windshield wiper blades, and Kevin took the time to install them..it seem kind of weird fit and this man took the time to make it work. That's over and above.
