“I wrote this review about a month after going to Kike's to give more of an accurate account.
What an amazing experience! I had to get my rotors and pads changed and I called/went to different locations to get price quotes. In doing so, I am also look for great customer service and no doubt, Kike's was AMAZING! Kike came up to the car with a caring smile and very professional and courteous. He took a look at the pads/rotors and gave me his honest opinion and we worked out a price and about 1.5 hours or so later, the car was done and ready to go. This was about a month ago and the car is going great. Thank you so much Senor Kike! I really appreciate you and your amazing team in great work and exceptional customer service! Keep up the great work!!!”

“Top notch, customer service! Called them late on a Thursday and they didn’t have the size of tire I need but said they could get it by the next day. I was fine with that and when I asked if they could call me when they get it so I could have my car towed over it changed they let me know they can come to me. Called me early morning just like they said they would the next day. Helped get my tire replaced in no time and was so nice and friendly.”

It just rubbed me wrong so I had a talk with manager tge next day about it at dealership and he understood why I was upset and he went ot of is way to make it right. I made the best investment this year by going to this auto shop.Feels like I just bought me a new car for only $790°° dollars.Six different maintenance issues with this car that my Mom just recently gave to me due to her unfortunate health issues.(Toyo. “This team is very competent. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the dealership to fix a intermittent engine light that kept coming on. Jeep dealer said, I need new engine. These guys found that my cam position sensor was cracked and oil was getting into it causing the engine light due to a short. Also, praise God! I also did pray they would find the problem and fix it. Hallelujah!”
