Disappointed, was with them for almost 5 years, and one year their "software" made an error so I had an interest owed to the state, instead of reimbursing me they said they would take it off my bill next filing. No thanks, keep the change.

Is anyone having a hard time getting a hold of these people? I've been trying to to call for an appointment for TWO WEEKS!! I've been coming to new tax for 10 years now going with Alfy and he's always taken good care of me I have no idea what's going on but I've called and emailed and no response. I've even left numerous voicemails i know we're living thru a pandemic but some courtesy would be nice. Won't be giving them my service anymore.

Always call for reservation slot to accommodate Covid precautions is a plus Did transaction with no problem Maximized my return Parking is available on the side street which is no problem
