“I recently purchased a phone at this store. My experience doing so was smooth. Then i ran into problems with a person i shared my metro account with. We shared the account to save money but unfortunately sharing the account caused too many headaches and when i tried to get out of the partnership with this person she became worse she cancelled my phone so that i lost my number for good she even had corporate metro lock my phone. The employees at this location saved the day by offering me a new warranty phone and giving me a new number that i like better. So thanks to the employees here my nightmare situation has been rectified to a sweet experience. It has been somewhat satisfying to see my ex partner on the account squirm when she found out my suffering from her evilness has been cut short . So thanks again to these guys life's good”

“Those of us who have a business or have "had" a business know the ultimate goal EVERY time is a happy customer. Above that is the holy grail of effects of "The WOW factor". The "WOW" factor is when the customer walks away shaking their head mumbling "wow...wow..." unsure as to what just happened...so happy that they are speechless. I went to Jeff after 2 months of dilligently looking for someone fair and honest...someone that had the small part I needed and would sell it to me for not an arm and a leg...the part I needed was part of a whole assembly and was sold only as a whole unit. Jeff said he had just replaced one and knew he had the piecevI needed but wasnt sure where. I thought maybe this was the "take away" that salesmen use to create scarcity and lower a customers buying threshhold...within 2 minutes he came outta the back cutting up a hand-grip with wire cutters and smiling..."Got it", he chuckled as it fell onto the table. Sweeping into his palm he handed it over and I tried with all my might not to show how badly I needed it."Whats the damage?" I asked ready to pay $20 but not $30 or $40 that would be a minimum for a used face plate I wouldve had to order just to get my part." Its on the house ", he said with the same kind tone he had used to greet me."Huh? Wha...?" I was stunned. "No! Im paying you! I have to!" I told him. I fumbled in my pocket and gave him $10...my new job paid every 2 weeks and I didnt have 2 nickles to rub together or I wouldve have gladly paid more. I will always bring my scooters to Jeff and I will buy no scooters unless they are from Jeff and hes got some bad a__ scooters for sale at great prices at his shop.Thank you Jeff, you are Good when no one is looking.”
