“I was told about MODMD by my brother. In the last 10 years I have struggled with my weight and then the pandemic hit and on top of my extra 15 I had gained the COVID 19. I made the appointment and when I got there , the staff explained to me in simple terms what could be done, how long it would take and how much it cost. They were straightforward and transparent. The three women who own MODMD are sisters and are all doctors so any medical adjustment that needs to be made can be done on site. They have three really convenient clinics in Venice Beach ,CA, West Hollywood, CA and Brooklyn , NY. Plus can do concierge home visits on request. The women are smart and lovely. Everyone who work for them are as well.Their menu offers everything from Ozempic to Botox and have many interesting infusions. They are on the cutting edge and up to date on new medical treatments that have recently become available. I’ve lost over 15 lbs and I’m thrilled. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. “It's been 3 weeks since my back surgery by Doctor David Chang at Cedars Sinai hospital. It's time for a post operation check up at Marina del Rey spine clinic.We arrived a little early and was greeted by friendly staff. This is one office I don't mind waiting in, it's on the 6th floor overlooking the Marina del Rey Marina surrounded by windows and it was a crystal clear day snow tipped mountains and the beautiful Marina There's not a bad seat in the house I was called promptly and went to a very modern clean room with a another spectacular view. X-ray tech came in and I followed him down for a couple pictures of my back. Returned to my room my wife was taking apictures of the view Dr Chang came in after a couple minutes with a big smile said hello Pulled up the new X-rays on the monitor, we went over again my surgery what he had performed. Next he examined the surgery area on my back. We discussed throughly my recovery so far his expectations and our plan for the next few weeks, my pain, approved activities and therapy in the future. We have a very good appointment he answered all our questions. Dr Chang is my man We left our room, nurse already had my new prescription, made our way back to front desk for my next appointment in 6 weeks Couldn't be happier with my progress in the way I feel and the professional friendly service from everyone at Marina Del Rey spine Clinic Leonard Welte”

“I totally appreciated my visit at this location. I cant say that for most locations that does fingerprinting. Everything is so organized, from parking to getting the job done. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

“Lately, I was having to go to multiple pharmacies to get my medication's. After going for more than a week without my medication, three different local pharmacies in San Pedro did not have the medication in stock there's a national shortage this pharmacy has been able to not only fill my prescriptions, but also has great customer service and knowledgeable pharmacists, who have explained meds and even asked me about possible different interactions. I have one medication that I'm taking temporarily, where you cannot eat certain things it will have a bad reaction. I was so happy she told me to wait a day because I had actually eaten some of the foods that cause stomach upset with that medication five star customer service and five stars for having items in stock. It says compounding I think they make medication there. They also do many other services that are listed when you enter the property, it's located inside a medical building parking is super convenient. It's worth the drive to get all my medication at one place instead of driving to multiple pharmacies also, they have some very cool hospital. Type gift shop stuff. I bought a cute Kitty cat that looks like the one we have at home.”

I should have reviewed them in the past, years ago when I brought my mom. Unfortunately I put it to the side and lost track. I am so happy to have found my way back here. Don't expect a fancy office. “Since there's not many reviews, I'll leave one. With an appointment, it was really fast and easy. The guy was extremly gentle while explaining every step of the PCR test. He knew the exact requirements for my country. Did the test at 9:00 am, received the results at 3:00 pm. It was really fast. Will totally recommend this lab.”
“I couldn't be happier. I was referred by Cedars, so I thought they were Cedars-related & even tho' I had google mapped, when I got off the Marina Fwy & saw the big Cedars building on Mindanao & that they had parking, I pulled in. (You ever noticed how many buildings in LA do NOT have addresses on them?)Whoops, called to check in - at # posted right in front of every car -- & found out No, I was at the wrong location. Actually in UCLA building about 2 blocks away. Called them to say, I would've been early, but I was in the wrong place, but could be there in a couple of minutes. Not only did they say, No Problem, they also told me I could park in the Shopping center parking lot -- across the street & not $2/15 mins. I did have to spend a few minutes checking in on a tablet that couldn't dot the 'i's in my signature, but Anthony & Oscar in the office could not have been more helpful. The Tech was also a very reassuring & the procedure itself -- in this case, a CT scan - Zippy. I'd like to say under 5 mins, but who hasn't lost sense of time these days. But it was definitely less than 10.”

“My first time doing this, going into trucking. I was a bit nervous about it, and there was a lot of paperwork as everyone knows. But the ladies working here know their stuff, they're very efficient but they take time to answer questions and explain things.The physician and her medical assistant gave me some solid advice on different check-ups I should have done in the near future based on my age. All in all I am very happy with the results and I certainly appreciate the additional medical advice I was provided. It only cost $50, great experience overall and I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a DOT physical.”
