While attempting to park in a tight spot, I missed judged the distance and scraped a pole. I was surprised and startled when I scraped this pole. I later removed the paint from the car and the car did not look so bad so I drove it as usual for my doings.An insurance claim was filed with my insurance carrier. I know many merchants in many industries and preferred to work with one of them. I had no plans to rent a car. Mardikian Auto Body was selected due of our previous business relationship and the convenience of the location. The location was about 3 miles from my residence so I could walk there without any hassles.My car was left at Mardikian Auto Center on 5/23/22. The car was ready on 6/1. I collected my car the next day. I am very detail-oriented. Gary explained the process in detail to me prior to the work. And told me what to expect. I appreciated how he was in contact with me via text along the journey.When I collected the car, I was happy. The car looked new again and reaped the new car fragrance. The car appeared to have been clean from bumper to bumper. Gary and I chatted prior to my leaving. I felt very good driving my “new car” again.It is my hope to not have another car incident. If so, Gary here I come. And yes, I will recommend Mardikian Auto Body to my friends and you.

Chris from Raffi Motors recommended this place. The guy I talked to is Gary. So nice. Guy reeks of honesty, and you can see it on his face. He actually talked me out of some of the work I wanted to get done and said I'd be fine without it. When it came to replacing my back-up camera, he walked next door and suggested I do the work with Steve at Torres Automotive, also a nice guy. He could have easily upsold me to do the minor work I wanted, but he didn't. Sometimes these spots, where there are 3 or 4 different specialty auto shops on the same property, really work out. I'll be back here in the future for my major auto body work.

Gary and his family are the best. I was actually referred to him by my family mechanic. Very trustworthy guy, got into a minor accident with a few scrapes on my left back bumper and Gary worked with me with the Insurance and did everything in a timely Manner. I just wanted to say that I received outstanding service from Mardikian automotive. From the moment I first met Gary Mardikian, he was very kind, professional and he made it as easy as possible for me to get my Jeep Wrangler repaired. I appreciate that he even took the time to contact and work with my insurance Carrier to receive additional money for damages that could not be seen until after my rear bumper and spare tire rack were removed. The repair timeframe was great he said 5 days and that is exactly how long he took to put my Jeep back into excellent condition. I received my vehicle back good as new! He replaced the back door, fixed the bumper, and replaced the spare tire rack. It had been washed and waxed and it looked perfect. You cannot even tell that my vehicle had been in any kind of accident, that is how good of a job they did! I would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs to get their car repaired. The work is Top notch! I am extremely happy about the way my Jeep looks and how Gary took the extra steps to make sure that it was done correctly and get my insurance to cover the additional damages.

Gary's customer service was excellent and he ensured that the wheel alignment was done properly by test driving car twice. I had it done at Pep Boys last year and it was terrible. I waited too long to get it fixed again. I highly recommend this repair shop. They are a very honest company and I am a first time customer here as recommended by Steven of Torres Auto.

Gary and crew are amazing. I brought my car here after a botched self repair. I had a tight timeline to return a lease before moving, and was really under the gun. I came on Friday afternoon, and he wouldn't be able to take it in until Monday. He first tried to help me find someone still open, but after he and I called a few places he scratched his head and accepted the work. Gary had it done by Monday morning. Not only was it repairs top notch (looked better than new) he had the car cleaned for me so it was ready to return! Thats top notch service. I was very happy with his quality work and also his excellent service. For it all, the price was extremely reasonable. Can't thank Gary and his crew enough!

Gary was awesome! My car was acting weird and making weird sounds while I was driving on the freeway and even though they were about to close, he let me stop by to check it out. When I arrived, he listened to a recording of the sounds and then we went to test drive the car so he could hear it himself as well. At this time, it was after 530 and although he had many other cars to work on, he said he could squeeze mine in the next day since I couldn't come in any other time during the week. He made sure it was safe to drive, I went home, dropped it off the next morning and within a few hours, he called to give the diagnostic. The car was ready by 5pm (like he told me on the phone) and everything sounded great! We went on one final test drive together to make sure the problem was fixed and we were both happy with the results. Great guy, awesome service, and fair prices.

Rueben aligned my 4x4 lifted jeep in a timely matter. The alignment didn't last long but that wasn't his fault. Had some other track bar issues going on. Plus they offer a 6 month warranty on your alignment which is pretty cool.

Gary and his employees are the best. I got in a fender bender on the 405 and they took great care of me and my car. Gary spoke with my claims adjuster after sharing with me that the estimate my insurance company gave me was way too low. Gary was able to get the entire cost of the repair taken care of by my insurance company. They also went out of their way to take care of my damaged headrest and reset the airbag sensors that went off when I got hit. I got my car back and it looks brand new. They did an amazing job on the repair and have the best customer service. I'll be back and send anyone I know to Mardikian.
