“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

“Cool spot to come to and hang out at. It is mostly college kids here with a few regulars. The Trader Joe's and the Target are a great addition. There's some pretty decent eating spots here. The validate parking for 2 hours. You can get some parking on the street but the structure is good. Plenty of spaces. I don't mind coming by here especially for the Trader Joe's”
“Get ready to experience the greatest customer service at US Mail Plus! Had to get LiveScan and fingerprinting done for my work, and I am so happy I found this place. The business owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and an absolute sweetheart. The ladies there are incredible and guided me through the entire process with ease. I had the best experience there and will definitely be coming back. Nothing I appreciate more than phenomenal customer service and the wonderful people at this location are exactly that. “Every single person that works here is the most friendly and helpful people behind a desk I’ve ever met. I have brought Amazon returns in where I mistakenly was supposed to take them to the post office and they still printed a return label for me and taped it up and packaged it up ready for me. They definitely don’t have to do that, and they always seem very happy and willing to help.”

“This location is very convenient but the only complaint I would have is that the parking is horrible. There's hardly any spaces and it's very tight. Coming in and out is very difficult because some people double park due to spaces been limited. The customer service that I experienced from this location is awesome. They're quick and dependable. I actually paid this location a visit in November of 2023 and also in December. My only complaint is that I wish they had the feature where QR code could be scanned or maybe a barcode that is presented. For some strange reason they don't have that feature.”
