Posted dunks and all of a sudden they've sold out. Called for a phone order and was put on hold for 10 minutes, just to call back and them tell me they're all sold out now. Unprofessional and bad customer service

Sad excuse for a sneaker boutique. They tried to charge resell prices for Kobe's the week of his passing because demand increased. Other than that this shop always has like 4 employees who just stand around on their phones, just feels awkward and uncomfortable when you enter. All their good sneaker releases Force you to buy crappy laced merch along with it and most of the release is backdoored to bulk buyers. This store needs to be put down like a sick dog.

Worse shoe store out there wanted to buy panda dunks for my little sister got the size I wanted last minute they said I had to buy a 40$ t-shirt with the purchase I wasn’t gonna spend more then 170$ for shoes that cost 120$ and the shirt costing 40$ all the tax not worth shouldn’t do that. Do not come here bunch of scammers

Horrible store! They look lost half the time on what's going on everyone in there! They do raffles but backdoor to there homies half the time and when you do manage to get into the store for a shoe drop, they gonna say it was an accident how you post on you're social with supporters saying a shoe is available on accident, always wasting everyones time as usual joke of a store

Laced should definitely be your "go to" spot for fly kicks. They drop new items quite often. They also coordinate outfits with the shoes so they are ready to buy together. From hats, shoes, shorts, socks , jackets etc.. they have you covered. The staff is helpful and are knowledgeable about the products.

My daughter has been really into shoes lately, and we’ve wanted to check out Laced for a while. We finally were able to make it!I didn’t see a parking lot designated for Laced, but I could find parking on the street. We walked up and tried to open the door but quickly found out you have to be buzzed in. Once we were let in, my daughter and I started looking around. It felt a bit cluttered with clothes everywhere. They have lots of men's clothes for sale, some men's shoes, some women's shoes, and a sprinkle of kid shoes. It felt more like a clothing store than a shoe store because they had much more variety of clothing options than shoes. It looked like they really only sell Nike shoes, specifically, air forces.Unfortunately, we didn’t find what we were looking for and will probably not return. However, I’ll spread the word to hubby; he might dig the clothes.

Weak store. Sneaker raffles was cap. Only youth sizes and only 6 pairs. Waste of time.

Pooh is a South Bay legend but how he has this store linked to his name I have no idea. They're employees are always late, "love raffles" staff when they want and not when scheduled, and worst of all everything they post on IG is a complete busy just right get you in to the store and tell you that they sold out it never had them.

Literally walked in stood in the middle of a very small store after about 5-7 mins of not being acknowledged and debating if ima just take something to at least get SOME attention. I had to ask a guy if he worked there as I watched a young lady walk back and forth from the back.

I finally got a chance to stop by Laced. It's a smaller boutique shop with a nice mix of sneakers and clothing. Service is very friendly and attentive (unlike some of the stores in the mall, lol) Best of all I was able to find a pair or Dunk Lows
