Had a GREAT experience with this towing company. He answered his phone right away and had me scheduled for the next day. He was right on time. I gave him the address of the body shop and he took care of everything. It was so fast and efficient. His price was totally reasonable too

My coworker recommended Ricardo. After I called my insurance and the left me stuck for 6 hrs after I hit a pothole and popped both of my tires on my driver side. I called Ricardo and it took him less than 15 minutes to pick my car up and drop it off at America's Tires. Excellent service !!! Reliable !!!

Ricardo was very responsive and prompt in helping me when my car broke down. He towed my car from Manhattan beach all the way to Huntington and provided a text and picture to let me know my car arrived safely. Would definitely recommend!

After calling my insurance for roadside assistance, they failed to secure a towing service for me after 4 hours and said to call my own and I'd be reimbursed, I called Jimenez Towing and they said they could be there in 20 minutes, sure enough they updated me on their ETA and arrived quickly, the driver was extremely nice and towed me to the Ford dealership of my choice, I hadn't made an appointment with the dealership so the driver said he'd be more then happy to wait and see if I can drop off the vehicle, thankfully they had an opening and he lowered my car safely and securely, I am very grateful and extremely satisfied with their service definitely adding to my contacts and will be using them if needed!

I was having an issue with AAA where they couldn't find a provider to help me get a car from Valencia to the South Bay. Jimenez Towing was quick to answer the phone and help me get it done quickly. I had the car in the South Bay within 2 hours. I'll absolutely use them again if I need a tow.Service: Long distance hauling

Literally deserves the hole 5 stars. You call they are a good price and they are timely and communicative. The guy felt like a friend coming to give you a hand. he sent someone and unfortunately my car was in need of more power to start it but there was no problem for them. the main guy came right away with a stronger starter and got my car up and running even when my hopes were lost.. I appreciate all of them so much for being so reliable and efficient he didn't charge me no extra fees for sending someone else nothing they made it work and got it done. Thank you all you guys and thank you Yelp for helping me find them !!

Very professional and quick service. After waiting on AAA for 4 hours and never showing up, I called Jimenez towing and they were at my location within 30 minutes during peak traffic. Highly recommend them.

My car broke down on the side of the road and I got towed 2 times before that but this tow truck got the job done it took me to the right place and got it fixed and I got a ride there the service is great highly recommend 10/10
