Marina Torres is probably the best person that can help you with your taxes. I had a complicated case with lots of paperwork, etc, and she guided me and sorted everything out in a professional, kind, and efficient way. Oh, and without ever losing her smile and humor. The tax unprofessionals at this location are not knowledgeable, communicative and simply don't do a good job. I have been a client of H&R Block for 27 years and have never experienced such incompetence. I urged my son not to return and he went to the PCH location in Redondo and found out that the same incompetent tax prepare who did his taxes last year, messed him up with the IRS, the tax preparer said that he has to wait for the IRS to pick up the mistake and thank God my son purchased peace of mind. It is in my opinion that this location needs to be retrained or closed down as they are doing a disservice to the public.
