I can't say Enough Great Things about Hawthorne Quality Pet Care! The Doctors, The Staff!
Dr. Freyts is "One of a Kind Amazing! " He has been my Veterinarian for Many years. He is Very Compassionate & So Kind. He Listenes Attentively to Your Every Concern. He Genuinely Cares! I had the Pleasure of meeting Dr.O who Adds that Compassion & Caring to the Practice As Well! The Staff is Always Friendly, Smiling, Attentive, even when it's very busy. & Lastly But Certainly Not Least I have to say that , "Manny" who not only does a Fantastic Job of Managing the Hospital but is So Very Kind, Compassionate Caring & Understanding!! He is "Without a Doubt One of a Kind!! They are My Safe Home Away from Home For My Pets. A Place with Warmhearted People You Can Always Trust to Take Excellent Care of Your Pets & To Give You the Peace in Knowing They are Always in Great Hands! ❤??⬛????❤

Took my cat Bass here for an emergency appointment due to an injured paw. Dr. Ozmenchuk and the assistants that were in the examination room were absolutely wonderful and thorough. The receptionists were also super sweet and attentive. They took me in same day and I was able to be in the room with my pet. Prices were clearly discussed and outlined. I’m so glad I found this clinic. Definitely bringing my pet here again!

Last week, my sister and I rescued a cat who was severely injured from a dog fight. Took our little guy to the Access Hospital, and left with a big bill and no help. The next day we took him here, and I have no words to describe how caring and wonderful everyone was. From Gabby at the front desk, to the doctor and all of the nurses. They all were very sweet and helpful, went above and beyond to try and save Rayito. Unfortunately, the injuries were too much, and infection had spread. I know for certain, they did all they could... but this little angel needed to cross the rainbow. They gave us pain medicine, so he won't suffer, and we took him home. Crossing the rainbow bridge the following day. I will never forget the kindness they showed us during such a hard time. I have added a picture of Rayito. Took him to see the sunset at the beach the day before the crossed over. Thank you guys.

Trust the reviews saying these people only want your money, at the very least they are callous, I called for pricing on spaying my dog and was told “they don’t do estimates” on what it would cost to treat your dog, they ask you to come in and pay a $70 examination fee to *then* give you an estimate of how much service would be. Ludicrous. I called six other pet hospitals thus far, all of them gave me a pricing, no one asked me to “come in and then we’ll see” besides this one.

I was very happy with this facility! Even with all the changes being made to make it bigger- the staff focused on the pets being seen. Dr. O was very thorough explaining (repeatedly) so I understood everything. He wasn't rushed- he took his time and did a wonderful job. The techs were amazing- very kind,warm to my chihuahua. Not in a hurry- made sure everything was addressed. Front desk staff was kind and helpful- even while training new staff. This will be my only vet from now on.

We found the clinic on the internet. I'm so glad we gave them a try. The doctor and staff have great customer service and were very pleasant. We feel the cost of the visit was very reasonable.

Took my cat here for her check up on her asthma and not only did they NOT HELP, they made her asthma worse. Wasted nearly $300 for her check up and had to spend $800 at the emergency vet

Bruh I took a feral cat I was keeping to them it cost $499 to spay her I wasn't paying for that.

I brought my puppy here to get vaccinated the staff here were very friendly dr freyts did an amazing job checking her the price was exactly what we expected if you have a pup/dog that needs to get vaccinated/surgery I would recommend here

I know we are in the USA but you ask some things and if they have someone who speaks Spanish they tell you that the person is very busy and the service is not because they want to give you a lot of things AND THE RECEPTION PEOPLE THE WORST THEY HAVE NO WAY AND WITH A FACE OF FUCHI AND THE VETERINARY ASSISTANTS GIVE A LOT TO WISH I WILL NOT RETURN HERE ??
