On a holiday weekend, my call was answered by Hector. I told him my situation and did what he could to help me out. I was able to get last minute, same day service by Diego. He was kind enough to come in on his day off to earn my business. He did a phenomenal inside/outside detail on my car. Price was worth it to me based on the work and the service. Since my service 3 weeks ago, Diego has been reachable, helpful, and overall a delight when I'm inquiring about other services. I will continue to send business their way when able to. ?This has become "my place" for car detailing. Diego has become "my guy" for service. So now - "I gotta guy" who takes care of my car.

Hector and his team take a lot of pride in their work. We brought in our 2008 Tundra which has been our dog's primary transportation for over 6 months . Needless to say it needed a professional make over & Genuine Detailing made it look and smell brand new. They definitely met our expectations and beyond.

I rarely have my car detailed because it is usually super expensive but this place did a great job for the price. They have lots of different packages which I loved. As you can see from the photos my 5-year-old car looks brand new again! I have a dog so they got all of the dog hair out and now it smells and looks so clean. I am going to try to convince my husband to take his car there too. Also, Hector is super nice and he and his colleague did amazing work.

Had a spot of corrosion from a rusted pipe dripping on my hood - brought it in and taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Customer service was extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive. Will definitely come back anytime I have detailing needs!

I'm not going to make this long but just wanted to write a review of this auto detail shop. From the start Genuine (Hector) explained all their service in great detail and cost. He was flexible as far as my schedule. I had our BMW's (X5 and X6) detailed (ceramic coating and ceramic tint). Hector went out of his way to fit us in before their vacation and even allowed us to bring our cars in on a Sunday evening to help us out. As far as the work, it was more than I expected. Even though our car are fairly new they made them look waaay better than when they were new. I would definitely recommend this shop. I always say, "you get what you pay for" thanks for everything Hector and the boys in the shop.

I'd like to start off from saying my overall experience with Genuine detail has been a great one. I have a 2004 Toyota Highlander for reference. Nothing crazy. First time ever getting detailed. From the moment I checked out the place for an in person quote I was helped out even though it seems this person was on his lunch break, he still took the time to check out my car and ask me what specific concerns I had and what I wanted in my detailing plus what other services comes in their detailing package. Shout out to Jason for helping me out on that! I also appreciated the extra effort that was put into the detail. I was given a rain check on my outside car wash and was able to come back to get it done which was accommodated on an unexpected day for them. The customer service is awesome it's as if I was being treated like family. Will definitely be a repeat customer for sure! Highly recommend checking them out yourself.

Ok...I'll break this down in two parts: Customer Service and Quality of Work.CS - before I even had work done there, I called twice to ask a few questions. The calls were about a month or two apart. Both times I spoke to the owner, Hector. Let me tell you, this dude spent 20 minutes on the phone with me the first time and about 15 minutes the second time. Not only did he answer my questions, but he educated me on the questions I answered. He took the time to ask me what/why and was able to give me knowledge on things I didn't even think about.QoW - WOW. F'n wow. I purchased a graphene coating and window tint. I took my brand new F150 from the dealership straight to him. I thought new paint looked great, but after a two-stsge paint correction and the graphene coat, my paint looks like it's wet...all the time. Dust hardly sticks to it, rain doesn't spot, it's unreal. He even detailed the inside which somehow looked better than when I bought the truck the day prior. Hector truly cares and is passionate about his craft. It shows in his work. On top of that, the price was unbeatable and offered more (paint correction, detail, etc) than anyone else around.I would recommend Hector and Genuine Auto Detail a thousand times over. To have that level of customer service along with the quality of work is something you can't easily find. Even if you have a guy, or a place already picked out, just call or go by the shop. As I was walking up to pick up my car from Genuine Detail, a glimpse into my mind: OMG...my jaw hanging slack...OMG...my eyes wide as saucers...is this really my car? No, really, it's the same model but is it...really my car? This car is glowing. Literally, glowing like it's radioactive...glowing like a saint! Indeed, it was my car. My car when I first got it almost 18 years ago! Hector and his team had literally rebirthed it aesthetically to that time. Got the $200 package and it was so well worth it. Amazing job by this establishment. And, indeed, I found it here on Yelp. Thanks so much, Hector!

Came here to get the interior of our SUV detailed and they did a great job. Basically took the car apart and put it back together again to get all the dog hair out. They were very helpful every step of the way and communicative about their progress with the car. For how much cleaning was required it was done in a very timely manner. Would recommend this business for interior work any day.

Absolute trash service over the phone. Hung up on me once I asked about the material and specifications of the tint. The person that answered did not know anything about how different materials reflect and refract light. The man barely even knew the company specs of their own seller which is Expel. If you're a window tint n*** or need a specific temp or cabin conditions, DO NOT go here. They only know about the cosmetics, not the quality and preservation of the interior of the vehicle.
