“I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
Did I mention this was around Black Friday madness- They took the time to help and make it super easy for me!! Grateful beyond words for finding this gem!?”

“I recently purchased a phone at this store. My experience doing so was smooth. Then i ran into problems with a person i shared my metro account with. We shared the account to save money but unfortunately sharing the account caused too many headaches and when i tried to get out of the partnership with this person she became worse she cancelled my phone so that i lost my number for good she even had corporate metro lock my phone. The employees at this location saved the day by offering me a new warranty phone and giving me a new number that i like better. So thanks to the employees here my nightmare situation has been rectified to a sweet experience. It has been somewhat satisfying to see my ex partner on the account squirm when she found out my suffering from her evilness has been cut short . So thanks again to these guys life's good”

“Most 7-Elevens don't care at all about customer service but the owner at this place definitely takes pride in their location. For starters, it was very clean and had just been mopped. Secondly, the nitro machine was not working (also a very common 711 issue) but the owner definitely tried to fix it. When he was unable to, he let me have the regular cold brew for free. Thanks for the goodwill! Will definitely stop at this 7-Eleven the next time I'm in the area.”

“"There's a Target here?!?" Was my first reaction when trying to find the closest location on my way home from work. Seriously, I didn't know this was here. Needed to get last minute Christmas presents and thank you, Yelp, for directing me here. I expected a crowd and parking issues given the timing. Surprisingly, not as crowded as I imagined and found parking rather quickly. I went straight to the electronics section since I had an idea what I wanted. No one was manning that section when I got there but was soon alleviated when another staff member noticed I was waiting. Erick came by in no time. So... my transactions were a little complicated (gift receipts and all) but Erick took it like a pro (seriously, even I was getting annoyed at myself.) He was really efficient, gotta say. I was surprised at how quickly I was outta there! (He's pretty much the reason for the better than average rating.) Also, I found $10 headphones and bought a bunch of them not knowing who to give them to yet, but I'll figure it all out later. SCORE!!! Good first run and good to know there's one at this location! Now on my radar!”
