This place is so professional and run with efficiency would highly recommend coming in for your pre employment drug screening, the wait times are very minimal it was a quick and easy process, everyone at the office is very kind and respectful, thank you for the great service!!

If I can give this place a 0 stars I would. Let’s start with how rude OLGA is, I called because I simply need the date I took my son in and she sounded very annoyed when the call started. I had called at 9:30am no one ever answered until I left a voicemail , Olga asked me to call back at 1pm with no reason. I call back at 1pm and here we are getting a voicemail box vs a business line. She then asked me question and after answering her questions she tells me I’m unable to get the date my son attended this facility, keep in mind I signed FORMS because my son was 5 days old and gave a form of identification. According to Olga there’s no records of my signature OR forms I signed on behalf of my 5 day old son. I asked why and what had happen and she straight out hung up on me. I tried calling back and she blocks my number.I would say something is not adding up at all with this facility, I will be calling DHS and reporting not only Olga but this facility in general. I have the right to the forms I signed.Look elsewhere to go but nobody needs to be treated bad over simple questions you are asking.

On 8/14/23 I came in for drug testing for a new job, service was quick and easy front desk staff was amazing, excellent service excellent place 5 of 5 stars.Highly recommend!!!

The date 6/24/21 1:20pm. The receptionist was absolutely and disgracefully rude and awful. I suggest the owner of this establishment get rid of such a condescending and disrespectful employee. I called in asking a couple questions, I was lost on what to do and needed some clarification. She hung up on me after when she started sounding frustrated. I called again asking why she had hung up, I was only asking questions and didn't understand. She hung up AGAIN. I called back, no answer. Called again and told her I would contact her employer after what she had done. ONLY THEN, after I told her I'd do that, she called back and left a voicemail saying the line kept getting cut. An absolute LIE. I will never bring my business here again nor would I ever recommend this place.

We needed paternity testing for our newborn that was out of state for his citizenship and passport and AZ DNA handled everything seamlessly. Entire staff was extremely professional and friendly.

I was initially a bit scared going to a paternity test center, but I immediately felt relaxed & comfortable once greeted by staff. Alot has been racing on my mind lately, especially with the kid on the way, but I’m glad these are just one of those moments that made the process easier. I approve.

The staff had a very warm & nice personality, and I loved that they spoke spanish. For those of you who are hispanic and in the Los Angeles area, you’ll be really glad you came here. It’s a very simply & easy process, and makes paternity tests less scary than originally thought.
