Rude! Getting a gel x set and guy refused to properly take off my hanging cuticle pieces.
And not to mention most of the guys here stink like stale cigarettes ?

This is my first review and I'm not one to complain but I honestly hate my nails. I didn't realize how bad they were until I left. One thing I CANT STAND is when you tell them what you want and they listen to respond NOT listen to respond. I have short nail beds so I've learned over the years only certain people can do them. Overpriced for the level of service they offer. I just wanted to get my gel paint removed. It was $15 to do so. No water or snacks offered (usually spas that charge this price offer them) but that's okay. I am not happy with the level of service either. They were supposed to do a soak removal to protect my nails, but they kept using the drill to keep removing layers over layers of my nails. Even after I told them I would prefer they manually take off the paint after soaks. They provided me with the smallest of bowls with acetone to squeeze both my hands into. It was so uncomfortable, and the person was rude and telling me not to move my hands.. like bro, you should try fitting your hands in here. I kept trying to tell the person to be careful and not cut my natural nails along with the gel x, but they did. And they just kept drilling at them until I could see red. I am not happy with the service or the price or the vibe.

Came here for a simple overlay, first time customer. The nails were horrible!! Acrylic seemed very different from what I have been used to in the 15+ years that I have gotten my nails done. I ended up opting for no polish as i didn't like the shape of the nail at all. I came home and tried to reshape and buff them. The acrylic seemed very different. One week in and I decided to soak them off only to realize after soaking for over 20minutes, the "acrylic " was sticky and had a fishy odor. I do believe they used MMA !!! I had to use a nail drill to remove all the coating! I will never go to that salon again. Horrible!!!!!

Zero stars I had the most unpleasant experience at this nail salon. Not only were the technicians extremely rude, but they also rushed through my pedicure without any care or attention to detail. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming, making me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. The pricing was also outrageous for the terrible service I received. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Avoid at all costs.

We had no appointments and they took us in right away , which was great ! They were able to do pedis on me and my daughter and husband (all together ) !! I wanted to get the full service and picked the deluxe pedi, which I was expecting a nice scrub massage and all, but the lady was being so lazy and slow! She even pinched my skin and made me bleed , got gel polish on my skin and I hardly got any massage at all, but the lady who worked on my daughter was soooooo amazingly sweet ! She was so kind and patient !! She even did little designs on my daughter mani ! But they charged my 6 year old mani and pedi like if she was an adult which was a bit

My sister had her nails done at this place and now she has fungus on her hand from the nail tech. The nail tech kept making her touch his hand with fungus the whole time she was getting it done. This place is overpriced as hell too so I don't recommend coming here..

I have been coming here because it is close to my house but it is the worst. They charge me 60 dollars for a gell fill, and every time, for the last 4 times, one or two of my nails have broken because even though i ask them to make them thicker they don't . I feel like their materials must also be cheap because I have gone to a nail shop in gardena, and their nails have lasted me through 2 fills without breaking. I just got my nails done here Friday, by monday, one broke, and today another broke. They don't ever do the design you want, and they are horribly rude. Bickering so you can't understand them, but they are visibly upset.
