every time i visit this location, they are closed! never fails - night or day during posted business hours!! such a waste of time and gas to pick up medication! i am on my lunch break too and have limited time - there cant be staggered lunches so someone is available to serve customers?!? this is ridiculous.

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. Extremely slow & the staff has no since of urgency whatsoever. The pharmacist is impatient & lacks knowledge. Everyone moves at the same slow pace mentally and physically. DO BETTER! SmhThe pharmacy in the CVS that’s was closed down on Marine Ave & Hawthorne Blvd was so efficient, the pharmacy staff was knowledgeable and cared for the customers. Over 10 yrs and not a single issue at the closed CVS. I wish they could have kept it open.

My stars are based on the Pharmacy only. I've been a patron of this CVS for over 20 plus years and today they did me in. This was the third and final straw. Customer service in the pharmacy area is practically non-existent. They have a not my problem attitude that is hard to ignore because they tell you to your face that they won't do anything because they can't. They refer you to call 800-SHOP-CVS and in calling them, they tell you the the pharmacy should have solved the problem, have been able to refund a delivery that was cancelled and never sent and should have assisted me. All the while, the pharmacy staff said they could not help me at all and that it was through corporate that I should call and to start by calling the 800-SHOP-CVS number. Waited with a car filled line of 8 cars waiting for the customer in front of me to get her order which took 50 min. Arrived in live at 1:10pm and finally got up to the window (mind you I was the next car) at 2pm. No one came to the window to tell the lady just sitting there to pull aside so they could assist the other 8 cars just sitting and waiting. When it was my turn, no apologies for having us wait for over 50 minutes just "how can I help you?" And then not able to assist me. I ordered for delivery last week. On Wednesday when my order was to be delivered, instead I got a text message asking me to call the pharmacy because they cancelled the delivery. I called the pharmacy and the staff member said I had to come in to pick up my medicine and they would be able to explain when I come in why they couldn't deliver. Now I'm at the pharmacy and NO ONE is able to help. Just having us wait for another 17 minutes while the pharmacist staff run around trying to figure out what to say. I had to pay twice for my prescription and now have to go through corporate to make another complaint because the 800-SHOP-CVS staff are also unable to assist with a refund and to put in a complaint. This was the third time that this has happened. The first time I paid $4.99 for delivery and somehow they never delivered but called to say that somehow my meds were left behind and if I can wait another week when the driver will make rounds towards my way and if not, I would need to come pick it up. I came to pick it up and they couldn't find that I paid because it's two different systems and they wanted me to pay again. I refused and showed my online live statement showing that I was changed and it was not pending, I showed them the CVS online web showing that it was paid and the email. And then the second time, I had pre-paid to pick up within the hour and they had no proof of my payment. They held me in line for over 32 minutes trying to make me pay again for meds that I had proof of copayment paid. Corporate needs to get on these computers and fix and connect the systems. This is horrible. You will lose your customers to Walgreens and Target and all other pharmacy places. As of today, we have switched CVS locations.

I needed an RX prescription and no one had it but this location because of shortages . Glad I found the medication at this CVS!!

I scheduled an appointment at 12:30. Showed up at 12:30 and was told they were closing for lunch and to come back at 1. I told them I have an appointment now. They brought out a paper showing the appointment was at 1:15. It didn't seem right. I later found the text two text messages from today confirming my appointment was at 12:30. I showed the old guy at the counter to let him know there is an error or they need to update something in the system to let people know when they chnage the appointment times. The guy didn't care, was rude and acting like I was being unreasonable for letting him know there was an error in their system. I said I want him to put a note or let the manager k ow that there is an error. He said ok. Later I found out he is the manager! I'm not surprised about all the complaints about customer service with this guy in charge.

The new hire has horrible customer service. He definitely seems like he doesn't care at all about the customers. Also, he rudely threw the receipt in my hand.

terrible attendance. I waited for the manager for 10 minutes to tell me that there is no discount on the medicine. while other CVs want to maintain customer loyalty.

So I was visiting this cvs and had to leave a review there were two employees that had great customer service its rare these days to find people that actually like their job and when you ask them a question there really helpful and just willing to help you so CVS you're doing a good job keep hiring people .. like JESSICA AND EDWIN THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.. MY NEW FAVORITE STORE LOVE THE TEAM WORK AND POSITIVE ATTITUDES

I was shocked on my last visit. There was so much trash and dirt in the parking lot and a homeless person sleeping on the ground right next to the entrance.Inside is wonderful. Clean & neat & the employees are helpful.

All right the lady at the pharmacy straight up, coughed in my face, then tried to kahn my family out of there full amount of codeine she said that she can give me both prescriptions but the other one they don't have it in there not sure when they're going to get it and they only had four so wow -they are pill theifs

The manager, Ash was extremely helpful with my printing of over 150 pictures. Also, he helped me find some items in the pharmacy. He and the crew at the CVS on Hawthorne Blvd. in Lawndale always do a great job. Milan G.
