Sam, the owner was extremely helpful giving more information on my recessed outdoor lighting, including expectations on when they will need to be replaced, cost of replacing and additional information regarding the Maestro dimmers including pricing. He provided his cell phone number and allowed me to send images of my specs. Certainly, will do business with this company in the future.

The owner of this filthy rat hole is a dishonest sleaze bag. I found a hard to find breaker on their website and called to ask if I could pick it up since they are within driving distance. He said OK I will have it at the counter for you. I asked if the price is the same as online, Yes, he says. Next day I drive 26 miles round trip in LA traffic. When I get there the scummy owner has the price jacked up $100 ! He tries to tell me I was on the wrong website (I have a screen shot). He tries to tell me nobody else has it (I found it on another out of town website for less). Classic Bait and Switch. This guy is a throwback frikin cliche. I'm out over an hour of my time an $10 in gas and I still can't get the smell of slime off me. Run from this dump!

I was referred to this place by an electrician friend, when I got there the clerk didn't even want to get up from his chair. What a waste of my time!! Definitely not going back!!

If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Wouldn't you think that you would have SOME electrical how-to knowledge when someone (non-electrician) ask for advice? Instead, the grumpiest old douche simply says, "I just sell this crap. I don't know how to work with it." Then he proceeds to tell me how the LED light channel lens that I bought with track, isn't broken. It just needs to slide in. When he tried, he saw he was DEAD WRONG. It was, in fact, broken without the slightest bit of, "Ooopps, my bad. You were right. I'm just a grumpy old douche that doesn't like people asking me questions or calling me out on faulty OVERPRICED items I just sell." Junk attitudes all around!!

Good place for getting all of your electrical supplies in the South Bay. Very knowledgeable and friendly with good prices. Better alternative to Home Dept or Lowe's.
