I had an excellent experience at this store as a tourist. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially the salesman who took the time to teach me how to use a gun. They were patient, thorough, and ensured I understood every aspect of handling the firearm safely. As someone who had never used a gun before, I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to learn or purchase a firearm!

This place is relaxed, and everyone is always friendly and very helpful. They've got lots of accessories for storage, cleaning and the range, as well as resources for training. Ammo prices are pretty good. They will do firearms and ammo transfers and are easy to deal with. Selection of guns is pretty good. Since Martin Retting closed I have been looking for a LGS, and I think this is it.

I recently took my FSC test and purchased my first firearm at CAP Tactical. The employee wearing glasses and the female employee were both friendly and provided excellent customer service. I liked that they answered any questions that I had and didn't make me feel dumb. I've heard so many stories of other gun stores being rude and condescending toward customers, but that was not the case with CAP Tactical. The employees here are knowledgeable and very patient. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll definitely be recommending CAP Tactical to friends and family.

This is a great place to come, there family owned and there so helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and it was cool There vibe is just the best, Being someone not to familiar with home defense gun, they explain everything so well and let me know what where my best options, we just have to be prepared. As soon as you walk in the door they welcome you right away. Not like other big box stores that make you take a number and stand around waiting for someone to even acknowledge your existence. The staff at CAP are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. What more can you ask for. Their prices are very competitive so imo this place is a no brainer! If you’re in the market for anything related to firearms I highly recommend you visit them. You will not be disappointed. Also a great place if you’re a first time buyer. They love answering all the questions and explaining all state laws and regulations. They are very detailed when helping you choose your first firearm(s). Keep up the good work CAP STAFF?
