Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Beyond the issues of having limited hours and taking the la Quinta shuttle to find them, when we arrived, the car was gross. We were told they didn't have time to clean it. Full of trash and food in one of the compartments. Stains on the seats and a terrible smell. The outside was very dirty as well.

Would not give this place even one star to be honest. They do not return the deposit. The women charged me $400 instead of putting the $400 oh hold. She stated it would take 3-5 days to refund me the deposit. It's been way past that and still no refund. I called the office and she gave me a number to management. Mark was very rude he should not be in customer service. He wouldn't even look up my account but kept saying that they refunded the money and to call my bank. I called my bank no pending transaction. This place is a complete scam do not do business with them they will steal your money or over charge you . Stay away.

Came in at 10:00 PM and the place was closed. There was no answer to the after hours phone number. Ended up calling to an Uber and going to a more reliable car rental establishment. If looking for a car rental, look elsewhere!!!

they over charge for everything, extra miles or equipment, and besides this extra charges appear on our credit card , this is the worst place to rent an u-hual . we called to resolve this issue and the lady said they will take care of the extra false charges but that was a lie too. very disapointed with this place. never will rent again from them or recommend to any one

Jay was very friendly and courteous, I was able to choose a different car that was available despite the fact that I had reserved another. I would definitely rent again from them again on my next trip to California.

Do not use this company. This is a group of organized criminals posing as a car rental agency. They are known for fraud, financial crimes, threatening customers and scamming. Do not give them any personal information.

I talked to someone over the phone that told me that it would be $500 deposit for cash rentals. A week later I call again he says $900. He also said that they always have cars available. Even though the website says $250 to $500 for cash deposits I went there expecting to pay the $900. But when he said that all they had was an old Nissan left, and that I could go to the Hawthorne location. That was it. I had already paid for a cab to get to that location. It's a car rental place that if you have no other option, you would go to. But don't be surprised if you're stranded for choosing them as that option.

I chose this place because it looked like it was the closest to LAX. It is one of the worst travel decisions I have ever made. The first car they offered me, the check engine light was on. I declined. The guy had to call his boss to get permission to give me, instead, a Ford Escape with - I'm not exaggerating - 94,000 miles on. It vibrated so badly while stopped, I felt motion sick. The engine was so noisy, I couldn't hear the radio. I had to drive this thing to San Diego and back. And then on the last day, the car wouldn't start. When I called them to tell them, there was no one there - at 6pm! I had to leave messages telling them I where I was abandoning the car, leaving the key with a friend, then get a ride from someone else. When I called them to follow up, the guy yelled at me because the car started for them! He was like, "You're supposed to bring the car back!" I mean, I can't. I rent a lot of cars. This was literally the worst. No, literally.

New cars and super helpful. I'm so happy that a friend of mine referred me to Global All States Car Rental. Excellent service I got from Jay. this place has quality employees and main thing they are honest. All States Car Rental is a great local rental agency their prices are great they got me in and out quickly they have a nice selection of cars to choose from. I rented a 2016 Nissan Altima and charged me only $5.00 for the GPs navigation. Again the staff was super helpful with my needs and gave me a great deal for a rental!!! I highly recommend All States Car Rental for your car rental needs.

Horrible service! First, no one was in the office when i arrived at 3:30pm after a long cross-country flight and all doors were locked. I had to call a phone number to have the guy come down. Then, I was forced to take insurance that I didn't need on a car. The salesman, Venus, wouldn't accept me logging into my personal insurer's site as proof of insurance and coverage. He stated that I needed the declarations page. Who carries that around? Besides, all that info is in my online account that I showed the salesman. When I I called back two days later offering to email the declarations page or drive back to their office, I was told that wouldn't be necessary and that the insurance would be refunded when I showed proof upon returning the car. Surprise, surprise, NO REFUND! "That's not how it works", I was told. Apparently that's how the person I spoke with seems to think it works. The manager, Jay, is the only one who knows anything, but he is never there to address any issues. Beware, this is a small operation. Three guys running it, and two of them are either straight up liars or don't know what they are talking about. Neither of those is a good thing. Stick with a larger rental company with a good reputation.
