Over charged me. Also, had tons of problems with my stereo they installed, had to go back 5 times. Paul the owner is a scam artist and has poor customer service. Danny is the exact opposite, he's very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you want to pay $550 for a $100 sub.

You guys need to hit this place up any electronic need sound dashcam the home D hooked up my dash cam and back up camera no problem did a hella good job coming to him for any sound or electronic need from now on!!!!

These guys are amazing. Being a single girl shopping for a better audio system for my car can be tricky.... I researched , read all the good reviews, and went there. Danny took the best care of me. Answered all my questions, did great work for a reasonable price. He was in communication with me the entire process and I couldn't be happier with my system! I can't recommend these guys more ! They do great work , are honest, and the customer service is phenomenal . I will be going back for whatever I need next!

Very impressed!! I wanted to get a new CD player installed in my old Mercedes to replace the (non-working) existing unit. The gentleman I spoke to said, as there are some features specific to the Mercedes, I should buy a used working MB replacement unit, and they would install it. I bought a CD player on e-bay and took it in to New Wave on a Saturday. A couple of hours later, the installer called me, and said the CD player I bought did not work. Frustrated, I authorized him to remove it, and assured him I would pay the charge we has agreed on. He called me a couple of hours later, said he had taken apart my original CD player, and fixed it! I could (and did) pick it up shortly. That type of customer service is unusual right now, and they will have my thanks, and my business, in the future.

Needed an alarm for BMW and looked up New Wave Audio based on reviews. Pulled in a Saturday morning with Paul inside the shop, no customers before or after me. Bought the 2 way alarm and install and came back 2 hrs later with cash and tip. A few weeks later my passenger foot panel fell down and found out that it was not properly placed back and was not screwed in; this was very concerning since the panel needed to be secure for the alarm the feel the vibration/function properly (who knows if someone hit it before fix). Then my headliner starts sagging at top of windshield; I took a look and it's where the wires were tucked under the headliner edge for the transmitter, not carefully. It looked as if they tried to grab the headliner but in fact grabbed the fabric and pulled. Install was ok but attention to details crappy, especially since I paid cash and left tip. Felt like it was a chore for him when in fact it was an easy simple job that I overpaid for. I now have to spend to fix the headliner. Careful**SEEMS I WAS CORRECT AS PAUL SOLD NEW WAVE SOUND BUSINESS AFTER REVIEW**

I called a few places about getting a remote start installed on my vehicle, one of the places I called a big shop of charging me $450.00 for install then I called here and right off the bat the person I spoke to said $750 dollars considering the Units are probably $260 to 300 this was ridiculously insane quote, not going there.!!
