my girl friend was waiting for me for my lunch break(she's 15) a minor and walked in to get a Gatorade. when one of the workings idk where he's from or his name but definitely Asian decent. I have never had a problem there nor has he ever "provided me customer service " when I've gone but my girlfriend went for roughly 10 minutes and it was non stop bothering her. she said "im not even shitting you it took me 10 minutes just to pay, he was telling me to buy him a drink too and then telling me that i should stay there with him, and then he was telling me he wasn't gonna give my change unless i gave him a good reason and then was telling me to go back tomorrow " when I later walked in again with her he said we make a nice couple I didn't think much of it as from what I understood and saw he was a talkative person. When I went back to confront him I asked him his age and he said "oh you again" and he ignored the questions until he finally said he was 30. When I confronted him he said he was providing customer service but I have been going for roughly 3 weeks for a calf's or whatever and never once has he attended me. if you're a minor and a female I don't suggest you come here as this guy is weird and can't take accountability for his actions. He should be fired or at least talked to about it Because I'm sure this isnt the first time.

I walked into the 711 today to get cooler and figured I get some coffee but when I walked up to the area it was disgusting dirty just just absolutely horrible and I figured maybe I get some ice coffee but it was the same exact thing so when I was going to pay for my coolant I told the cashier the coffee area looks really bad and disgusting you should have somebody clean it ASAP he asked Looking in that direction what looks dirty I said both the ice coffee and the coffee area. Never will I be walking into this store to get coffee, fountain drinks nor food from them. The taquito station was also dirt from the bottom. Do better and keep your store clean and sanitized! I wish I would've taken a picture to post it!

This particular 7-ELEVEN is a fixture of the ethnicity of the neighborhood and its ownership and employees are well versed to serve the customers and their needs

Too bad cant give 0 star I bought a drink and seated in the cars then the big fat guy come out told me need to leave parking for customers only ????? After buying you can't seat in the car and drink ? My first time got kick out of parking lot in this 711

Piece of garbage 7-11. They stop selling hot food at 6pm. They don't rinse their coffee pots, which in turn creates mold that YOU drink. To top it all off. I have witnessed employees rinse out cups and put them back on the cup holders. Stay away from toxicity. Beware!!!

First of all it was really crowded so there was literally just one parking spot. We waited in line for a few minutes waiting for our turn and when we got to the cashier we felt rushed and i felt we were being an imposition just because i asked if we could pay for our purchases using Samsung Pay. The clerk told us we could but he needed the last 4 digits of my card. Well that's the reason why I use the pay app so i don't have to carry my credit cards with me anymore and that's why i couldn't even pay. Told him i was coming back just grabbing some cash from my friend but he went and put all the items back and when i came back just a minute later he told me quite rudely " go grab them again and get back in line". At this point i was upset not only because of the inconvenience of having to ask my friend for cash but also because of the actions and tone of this so called employee. Needless to say i won't be coming back.

Just went inside to get cash out the atm and I nicely asked if I could get change for a $20 and the man said he didn't have change . I asked once again he said the same thing so what I did I got something that was .50 cents and he was mad because he had to give me change . That's very bad customer service He could had said that the store policy didn't let him provide change if it was really policy but I doubt it . He lied and I was never once rude to him and he was very mean . Never coming to this store again!
