Went in to buy something to eat and they don't accept CASH, ONLY CARDS , WHAT! WENT IN ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING, THEY HAVENT FIX THEIR COMPUTERS OR CASH REGISTERS, WAU, heads-up so if you going to get something with CASH i recommend not going and waist your time getting their because they will ask for CARD ONLY.

This is (ACTUALLY, it WAS) my favorite local 7-eleven but that changed last night after literally being YELLED at by the older female employee working around 5:30p. I came in and immediately saw signs ALL over the place stating they weren't accepting cash which wasn't an issue for me bec I was there to exchange my winning scratcher for another one. She came up to me and said "we cannot take cash!!! What don't you understand!" I said "I can tell you're angry it must have been a long day- but I'm here to exchange a card for another card... my card is a winning ticket and I'd like another one. Please help me understand why this can't be done. This is not a cash transaction." She said "I don't care if you have a winning ticket I'm not going to give you anything." and she walked away. I'm still trying to figure out what just happened here. I come in here weekly with zero issues. Everyone here are very courteous and helpful but this dragon lady must have been off her meds. Please retire old lady people do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect because of your lack of professionalism. Please seek therapy. Customers are not your outlet to whatever anger issues you may have.

Most 7-Elevens don't care at all about customer service but the owner at this place definitely takes pride in their location. For starters, it was very clean and had just been mopped. Secondly, the nitro machine was not working (also a very common 711 issue) but the owner definitely tried to fix it. When he was unable to, he let me have the regular cold brew for free. Thanks for the goodwill! Will definitely stop at this 7-Eleven the next time I'm in the area.

Terrell there was a good cashier. He was not rude compared to the other guy. I was impressed by the customer service at such small establishment.

I really wanted to like this 7-Eleven since the front desk clerk early in the morning was absolutely the nicest person I think I've met in Los Angeles.There are a couple of things that are really disappointing about this 7-Eleven that take so many stars away, thus the low rating.- Stars - other 7-Eleven's in the area. Have multiple employees on duty in the very busy morning rush hours, so that one person can be checking people out and the other one can be restocking and keeping things tidy. The store only has one person and it's just not possible to keep things stocked and clean.+ Stars the gentleman who is on duty in the early mornings is absolutely the nicest attendant and really such a sweet human being. He has a smile and nice words for everyone not just ladies. He's so kind and gentle, that he is a true asset of an employee. He is a very tall gentleman as well which makes me think he can keep an eye on everything! They are lucky to have him working here.- Stars it's a shame that many of the things that I like to have in the morning we're not in stock. They would've made more money off of me.- Stars the parking situation is a bit of a mess. There are a few spaces that should be for the 7-Eleven but it seems like folks from the yoga studio park in them anyway. But there is still a parking it's just not as convenient.TL/dr: if it wasn't for the lovely employee in the morning, I would not come here

Always a problem getting through on the phone. I was calling to place an order for cookies. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes today. I hung up and continued to call back. The line stayed busy/phone off the hook from my call. I gave up after 30 minutes.

There are coffee mocha machine does not work. It does not fill up the cup and it does not pour out any mocha. All I got was watered down coffee. I spoke with the lady that works there and she said that he already fixed it! Apparently not!

I have been consistently coming to this spot for a few weeks now to get a morning coffee and I feel right at home with them. The fellow who works the early morning shift (I usually stop in Thursday around 730) is everything you would want in a convenience store clerk: friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic, helpful, personable. He turned me onto a banana nut muffin with my coffee using great salesmanship and helped me to save $ by convincing me to sign up for the 7/11 app. What a great neighborhood spot for the Lawndale community, and for anyone heading westbound on Redondo beach Blvd in the morning.
