“It's always a pleasure coming here for deliveries. Everyone seems happy to work here. You can feel the positive vibe from everyone you deal with.

After checking in with the guard, you'll get a temporary visitor badge so you can access the restrooms and inside the break room. Back into your dock with doors still closed. They'll open the doors from inside the warehouse. Then you'll need to check in with receiving. They'll want you to wait for the break room (free drinks inside) or on the patio (vending machines). There was an incident involving a driver pulling out of a dock while the truck was still being unloaded, so they stopped letting drivers stay in their trucks. I asked about it because the last time we delivered here, I remembered staying in the truck.

When your load is finished, the warehouse worker will let you know you're done and give you your paperwork. Just turn in your badge to the guard on the way out.”

“This FOOD 4 LESS WAREHOUSE facility is virtually brand-new, in which the facility is well lighted with big bright signage indicating the business name, address, and driver entrance location.In addition to that, delivery drivers are required to park along the street before checking-in and it appears as if delivery drivers can park along the street for overnight parking (but, please always check/verify street signage that could indicate otherwise).Furthermore, there is a Lumper Fee and it’s typically $160 (as of 04/19/2023), in which nearly every form of personal/business payment (i.e., credit card) and transportation payment (i.e., EFS, Comdata, etc.) is accepted. Please know, all Lumper Fee payments are now performed and completed via a website link sent to your mobile phone (from this particular facility).Also, the duration of the unloading process (for me) was about 45-60 minutes.Lastly, the staff was friendly and professional. Also, there is assistance available to break tuff trailer-seals like wires and metals (as of 04/19/2023).”
