They have some young girl working the front desk today on July 12th at 355pm who is very rude and knows nothing about postal services. I had a pre-printed label that my mother uses daily for her business and was told this was the wrong label . She refused to even scan label and check it which I know she could have done to solve this matter . Please hire people with experience before putting them on the front desk . Bad enough we already get charged almost $1 dollar for a single stamp and now deal with rude workers who must hate there job ?

united stated govt,you say public opinion is at an all time low, replace these people with people who like life and the entire city of lathrop will praise you for a job well done and long overdue.the office manager should have been given a test where the squre cube goes in the square hole, seriously how hard is it to put the mail in the proper place, its a cake walk for humans, this guy sends everything back to sender costing the post office to pay everybody in triplicate when he choses not to put it where it belongs, ie his job

Worst customer experience ever. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She refused to provide any assistance, help, guidance, or courtesy. I will never go back to this Post Office again. You have been warned. Raise your standards, USPS!

So do you guys steal people packages and then hit delivered?! Because it’s been almost 3 weeks and no response on what happened to my package! If you accidentally put my package in my neighbor mail box, obviously they are gonna keep it, be honest that YOU made a mistake & correct the situation. The whole staff along with post master needs to be replaced for people who will take their job seriously and give customer services instead ignoring the situation!

A Karen works here!!! Literally the most rude customer service ever. Instead of helping customers, the Karen is being rude to customers and acting like she knows it all and people who have questions are dumb. USPS needs to do better w people who they hire and training. Thanks

Worst post office to go to. The white lady at the front desk is extremely disrespectful. The employees at this post office are the most unprofessional people I ever seen. Don’t go here

They always say they delivered something yet return it to sender the day it was suppose to be delivered with no email no nothing. it’s about to be Christmas and I been waiting on this package since The week of thanksgiving. I’m beyond mad at this point I been waiting all day for my package just to turn around and look right now and it to say return to sender? Mind you they are only open Monday through Friday so I can’t even go to the office and try and stop it bc it’s Saturday. Thank you ?

This place doesn't even has a outside house package collection/drop off box. Very outdated facility! Also mail pickup locations in RI also doesn't have any option to drop small outgoing packages. You literally have to make time to visit post office during working hours even with prepaid labels ?
