Ordered a piece of equipment for my wood working shop, that was shipped UPS freight and I had to be home to recieve. I was contacted on a Tuesday that the order would be arriving on that Friday between 10-3. I took off work and waited all day, no delivery or call. On Saturday I called the main UPS 1-800 #, who put me thru to UPS frieght (after 25 min on hold). They said the item was actually still in transit , but close by and that appointments are made based on a "general arrival assumption!!" They made a new appointment for that Monday 10-3. Again, I took off work, with no delivery or call made! I called again the next day and they said "still in transit, sorry...wait for a call from the local UPS freight to reschedule." It is now 3 more days with no merchandise or call. I am calling the company I bought from today and cancelling my order. They can keep it! And from now on I will make sure anything I order will not be shipped UPS freight or I won't be buying it!!

No communication or poor communication with receiving different orders from them. No consideration for business owners time and staffing for large shipments. Had extra staff stay for overtime to help with unpacking a delivery that never showed up and was never contacted that the shipment would not be arriving like previously told. Needs to work on better communication and being easier to reach a real person when calling.

Never called when they said they did. Finally got my order 8 days later than scheduled. Product was damaged clearly with a forklift. If your a shipper that uses UPS Freight I will not be buying from you or using them again!

This place is a joke. They scheduled a delivery and never showed up. Then they told me to come by the next week at 7am with my own trailer to pick up the shipment. Arrived on time and they told me it wasn't ready and to wait an hour. Waited an hour and a half and then they told me they still hadn't touched it and to come back in another hour. Lots of their own trucks in and out. Very poor customer service.

Freight drivers are garbage drivers, run other drivers off the road and drives 30 mph on freeway, more of a hazard on the freeway.

appointment clerk is horrible, not willing to help setup appointment when needed and told me to call back hours later, even it's done online and takes less than one minute. Sending complaints to corporate account sales if the customer's order gets canceled.
